The service was good during the flight, but booking process was arduous due to mysterious partial cancellation (on the return leg), which took me 1 whole day to connect to the RJ’s NYC ticketing department to straighten it out. The reservation line of RJ customer service said they did not have the authority to un-cancel it, nor refund the ticket. To undo, I would have to email the NYC office and wait 5-6 days for reply, while my departure is 5 days away. Then the NYC phone number given (and I also found on their website) had no one answering, until I got someone in accounting or HR department to transfer me to ticketing dept. Then the seat upgrade at the gate only takes cash, no CC. From speaking with other tour mates, other airlines were given them the similar headache too - cancelling part of the trip without rescheduling options.
My first flight from Santa Fe was 1.5 hours delayed, I missed the connecting flight. I got tickets to the next flight to San Francisco. The flight is over two hours delayed and we had to change the plane. I will never fly American Airlines again. Absolutely horrible experience!
My flight change many times and after it was canceled and I have to stay 1 more day
Cons: "There was no gate agent in Santa Fe. I had to leave two very expensive bottles of alcohol I’m the trash because they don’t have adequate staff to check my bag."

Pros: "The crew was amazing but I was on a United flight since American was late leaving Athens. AA booked me on a later flight from Chicago to San Francisco on United. They issued separate inside seats for my wife and I. United showed me their kindness by putting us together in economy Plus."

Improve the food When a baby cries for 7 hour out of 10, a crew member should be willing to try to assist The toilet was very dirty after a few hours
The food and wine were the worst I have ever had in business class. Also the service level was poor
Air Canada was very unorganized and had poor scheduling. Cancelling the flight several times!
This was canceled but still got email to check- inn. Took over 1 hour wait to get customer on the phone to clarify why I received the email.
I booked all premium economy and was downgraded to economy on two legs … apart from that it was a good flight
The window seat had no window. We usually take aisle seats but my daughter likes to look out of the window. It would have been nice to know at least.

Cons: "there were two really rude flight attendants....almost like they didn;t want to serve you. One of the ladies even literally threw a drink onto my tray. thank god it was sealed. Air canada needs to do a better job of dealing with this type of behaviour. It happens far too often with their staff"

Cons: "They charged me extra for a carryon, my flight was delayed, and they made me miss my connection by holding us on the tarmac for 40 minutes. Two hours waiting in line to rebook the flight for 3pm the next day. No hotel or transportation recompense. United made an enemy for life."
