Flight from USA to Dubai was comfortable. There is some serious miscommunication between the staff who does checkin and immigration staff in India. Air Suvidha rules are enforced here as a requirement by the Indian government and without it not allowed to board the flight. The Indian authorities don’t even bother to check it. Please update either side of aisle. Vegetarian food from Dubai to Bombay was not that great at all. It was cold and chewy. Dubai being a hub can provide better options. Staff is very good and took good care of passengers. Please appreciate their hard work.

Cons: "Our Kochi to Dubai flight was late, the bus at Dubai airport was extremely slow and we reached Dubai airport two minutes prior to the closing of the boarding of the onward flight. We had to literally run to catch our onward flight to Boston. However, the ground staff at Dubai were excellent, called the gate staff to alert them about us and managed to get us on board. Surprisingly, our luggage was also loaded on to the same flight and we couldn't believe we got the luggage in Boston! Overall, all went well."
Pros: "Jenna our crew member was amazing. My wife and I traveled with our 5 kids ages 8, 6, 4, &11month old twins. Thought it would be a total nightmare but the crew was so helpful and understanding. They made sure the older 3 got their infotainment system working and setup the bassinets for the twins."
Cons: "Online Check-in didn't work properly, so we had to check in at the airport. They were understaffed and it took us over an hour to get through check in. The customer service was horrible, and we were only allowed to bring a backpack for a carry on, forcing us to check our one carry on bag. This made our two long flights uncomfortable with nothing to change into once we landed in Dubai and still had another 8 flight to Johannesburg. The flight itself was overbooked, and we then had to place our backpacks under the seats in front of us, giving us no leg room for 13 hrs."

Cons: "The food was not up to the mark - the menu choice and combinations needs to be re-looked at for non-veg passengers. The choice of spirits was limited and not there at times. The flight attendants overall disposition towards the passengers needs to improve. - at times they forgot what was asked of them."
Cons: "Needs to be a bigger plane for such a long trip. Crew seemed like they weren't happy to be on the flight. One bathroom was out of commission for our 14 hour flight and limited our section of the plane to one bathroom. The remaining bathroom was very dirty and lacked supplies. When I asked for some help to have it cleaned, the attendant told me she would have to lock it down but there was already a big line of people waiting to use it. Disappointed in this flight because it was so long with limited facilities. Enjoyed other times I had used Emirates but not this time."
Pros: "The crew was friendly but not always available for requests. I suppose I could have used the "attendant call button" but it would have been nicer if they were more observant when I was looking at them with a look of "I need something" as they walked by"
Cons: "Boarding process seems standard - always takes a long time to board and disembark. Older planes have screens with poor touchscreen responsiveness and poor resolution. I was surprised to see that the short-haul flights had better screens than the long-haul flights. I was on a 3 1/2 hour flight each way from Dubai/Delhi with beautiful screens but the long-haul each way from Dubai/Seattle had the crappy screens."

I have no idea what to even call the items they served. Audio jack was literally being held together with tape! Loose connection."

They let us wait two hours for luggage before telling us it wasn't going to make it in. Frustrated and disappointed! Ground security in Turkey was rude and took my sons skate board which we had flown to Israel with and back to turkey, then they told us it couldn't come with us to miami although we flew Turkish both directions with no problem. In the end gate staff went and rescued his skate board from security as he got to the flight crying his little eyes out. Communication was terrible and staff was rude!"

To clarify, my experience through Kayak has been fine! However this whole ordeal has left a very sour taste in my mouth...i still dont have my luggage. It would be nice to have vegan options for meals. The entertainment was not working on the the way to Austria. It was only available near the end of flight to Canada. The service was excellent.
Flight was delayed by approx 1 hour. The boarding process and the flight itself were very good, slightly tight squeeze for my legs but overall happy.
Flight was meant to leave at 8:30pm but there was a 2 hour delay 😞
