Everything was good, but there was a delay of about an hour

I liked it as a half empty flight, I didn't like to wait 5 hours to fly which wasn't my fault.

Food was horrible! Inedible sandwiches by a supposed star chef, Assaf Granit. I was dead hungry the entire flight but couldn't possibly stuff that awful sandwich down my throat,

El AL has vastly improved its overall experince in the last several years. Nicer place, nicer flight attendants, food, comfort etc

Poor food service, a microwave heated sandwich and 300ml water bottle for a coach 4 hours flight ticket. Entertainment only by streaming to your device if you got something more than a small phone screen. On the positive side - on time arrivel.

Remind me not to fly (eat) at passover with Israeli cartiers. Came out of the aircraft with an incredible neck pain. Crew and entertainment were good.

As I paid for extra space - the seat was OK. The snack is very bad! The service is fair. The WiFi was so slow i could not see the provided movie and free TV. Just had so seat all the time...

Great entertainment system. The crew was somewhat helpful, but ignored the calls completely. Also all the isle seats were taken by the time of check-in and we had to squeeze a family of 5 on middle seats in 3 rows - awfully inconvenient to fetch nappies, take kids to the toilet or fetch water. Seat spacing was ok and the missile defence system of ElAl planes is unmatched.

Window seats on the 737 are tight and narrow. Staff was good.

If you miss any flight in a Multi-City flight plan with TAP, all remaining flights will be automatically terminated immediately. Their support line is no help at all, and you'll be stuck paying again for another flight.

the cancellation of my earlier flight caused me to miss this connection as well.

Spacious (space to extend your legs and not feel crammed) and good entertainment and decent food!

We Boarded the plane in the middle of the airport field . We were shuttled and climbed up the stairs, to board the plane,

All of my clothes were completely soaked and wet when I got to my destination. The airline was careless and left my bag on the runway during a rain storm. Very disappointing! On the connecting flight in Lisbon we were made to wait on a bus crammmed in for 20min and standing. Unacceptable Very poor experience and most of my belongings ruined!

It was disappointing to have to pay for soft drinks/ water. The sandwich I wanted was not available. Servig happened to late in the flight.

The check in process was terrible. Took a long time to check in because there is not enough agents. Once we got to gate, no announcement to board, all of a sudden people got up and board. The seats were EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE. It was a 3 hours international flight, and we were served one tiny cup of water. 😩😩 The temperature was so hot inside rhe plane we thought we were sitting in an oven. Very difficult to find a flight attendant for assistance. They ran up and down aisle to serve first class but never really look up to seve the rest of the flight. I would never fly on this airline again. The experience was horrible.

Tap air portugal first has you pay for the flight. Then you realize that seats are extra. Had i known that i would have booked emirates instead for a few dollars more

Efficiency was great - on-time takeoff and landing. Baggage arrived at destination (there's always slow baggage handling in Boston.) TAP food is spartan - bring your own. But the efficiency of the airline more than makes up for the mediocre cuisine.

Larger seats on this plane made the ride reasonably comfortable. Our next flight, from Lisbon to Copenhagen, was inconsiderately tight and stressful. The seats were smaller, space between rows was very limited (no button or mechanism to even slightly incline anyone’s seat), and leg-cramping under the seat in front. Just like sardines in a can. Really felt for all the tall Danes on the flight. Their knees were pressed against the seat in front throughout the flight.

Awful! Flight was 2hrs late and we missed the connecting flight!!!

I bought the ticket through Iberian, but I was unable to check in using my code. American wouldn’t let me check in and Iberian counter was closed.

The flight had no working entertainment system or WiFi. Very old plane. Some restrooms weren’t working. My seat was broken. Just a very bad experience for 13 hours. A real shame they allow planes in this state to fly.

Very delayed flight. After a hot/crowded bus ride to the tarmac stairs that negated all benefit of being in boarding group 1, we sat on the tarmac forever in the HEAT waiting for departure from Athens. Seatback was very upright in first class and therefore uncomfortable. Fortunately they block middle seats. Food was good. Upon arrival in Madrid we waited AN HOUR for baggage to arrive. What a waste of time.

Random seats assignment is weird, family of 2 people was seated apart while there were seats available. Does not make any sense

Yeah you have time and can sit around for a while to be okay for you but if you planned on getting connected flights I recommend not to fly with this Airline it's best they for flying out of the country

Iberia was the worst airline we have ever flown. First, Iberia changed the seats I paid $98 extra for. In doing that they moved only my seat 30 rows away from my wife. I had to call to get another pair of seats together and were placed in row 52. Then, when we checked in our seats were changed again to row 29. The food was almost inedible and the videos available on the flight were few and not very good. I paid extra for my seats and have not received a refund. The American Airlines flight was excellent and the food and videos were good.

Very bad experience with meal served. I asked for a diabetic meal. Was served everything a diabetic lersn cannot eat. So i ended up not eating the whole flight dinner and breakfast.

Late departure. No announcements. Boarding was a disaster. Some kind of technical issue scanning boarding passes.

Pegasus is a very efficient airline. Passengers, however are sometimes unruly. Getting up right after take off. Getting up right when we land and before getting to the gate. Switching seats to the front so she can get a better seat. It is unfair for those that actually paid for seats. Flight attendants seem to not enforce it. One or two bad actors ruins it. Overall, the airline is great.

Pegasus is not a very comfortable airline. They’re not in any way hospitable

Flight delayed by 1hr when we already boarded because someone had to get off. Leg room is terrible for 6ft people like me.

I used the airline 5-6 times for the last year and every flight have had perfect timing and I like it. Despite catastrophic absence of space for my legs 😁

The crew was utterly non helping and non courteous.I asked for a water. The air hostess could have said it's paid . She informed me that I will come later after serving but never turned up. The seats were never comfortable.My first and last flight with Pegasus.I am not taking again

The plane left Istanbul 1 hour late and the AC was not really working great it was so hot inside and no air. This was my worst flight in a long time since I had a flight with Ryanair.

Cheap and cheerful. It’s a super cheap, no frills flight. Very professional and as it’s an A320 relatively spacious. Seats do not recline. Happy with the service. You get what you pay for. Can’t complain

Educate your crew members they need to understand what their job is and customers service and be human.

Comfort and organisational prowess of the entire crew. Baggage handling can be better. No had all my luggages after 6days of the flight.

This was the worst experience ever. It was such chaos at boarding due to boarding zone and letting everyone with children and strollers go first. Once the plane door closed they didn’t let us know why we were not moving until after 30 mins of sitting on the plane. Then ANOTHER 2 hours passed with no other communication or update as to why we were still sitting on the plane. 2 and half hours of sitting on a plane! When I ask a flight attendant what was the delay he gave ALOT of attitude and said he don’t know what’s going on. This flight attendant was soooo rude to customers to the point one lady was telling him how rude he was. I also felt other flight attendants spoke to the people who spoke their language; I am an American so this was also upsetting. The food was horrible, I only ate the bread. We finally landed and we almost missed our connecting flight. We was able to run and make out next flight within 30 mins. Our flight from Casablanca to Marrakech was quick. BUT here is where I was really UPSET. They left everyone luggage who was on the flight in Casablanca. We went to baggage claim and they had Attitudes! How are you mad with us for losing our bags, I don’t get it. We had to wait for the next flight to come in with our bags. The baggage claim guy said they wouldn’t deliver our bags to our hotel because of past experiences; now we have to pay for another cab to come back! They had so much luggage outside of baggage claim I can see this was happening to a lot of people. They said they would email us once our bags arrived. He told us the next flights coming in (which I researched myself and he gave the wrong times!). We took a cab to our hotel to wait. I seen my bag was at RAK airport (because of my AirTag) 4 hours later but no email from baggage claim. I waited two more hours and still no email letting us know it arrive! We missed dinner plans! We went to airport and got our bags (security at RAK was rude to us and had us walking all around in order to get to baggage claim). I will NEVER fly with Royal Air Maroc ever in life, even if it means I can’t fly to other countries that I would love to visit since this ruined my friends birthday already. I PRAY our flight back home is wayyy better. This is no way to treat people. I fly frequently so I know how airlines should treat people and Royal does not!

Pretty good flights! If they can let y u s know regarding delays by announcing it in the PA system it would be a good business practice!

While I had a business class ticket I wasn’t given priority to boar. Again my luggage had priority tags and these bags didn’t come out till the end!! The food at the lounge was only two type of sandwiches and warm juices and soft drinks I thought I’m paying for good services but the least u can say it’s mediocre at best. I’m considering not to use TAM AGAIN.

3 hours late, came at my final destination without any of my luggage.

Delays with no communication. Broken business class seat and no one seems to care or help.

The head of the flight attendants was very rude and impolite and insisted to know my nationality on flight while I had my Can passeport! against all rules!
