Cons: "I didn’t like the airport in Dubai. Cleaners locked all the disabled toilets. I walked to 3 of them. Very difficult to use normal toilet and having to leave your baby & carry on outside when traveling alone!"

Cons: "My husband had his backpack and a carry on when we checked in at JFK. He was not allowed. From Dubai to Manila, we saw a lot of passengers who had two or more carry on’s. The floors at Dubai airport are dirty."

Cons: "The international transfer process at Manila airport was the worst I’ve ever seen. They had about 20 people standing at a desk for about 90 minutes with no explanation as to what was going on. In that time, nobody was released to go to their gate, but they wouldn’t explain what was happening. There were about 10 airport staff standing there, mostly doing nothing. The process was inefficient, to say the least. There was no place to sit, no toilets, no order to any of it. In most international airports, after you deplane, you just walk to your next gate. There seemed to be no logical reason for that awful experience. It would have been much faster to go through customs and then go through security, walking directly to the gate."

It would be nice to have vegan options for meals. The entertainment was not working on the the way to Austria. It was only available near the end of flight to Canada. The service was excellent.
The business class layout on this plane is tightly packed and atrocious with no sense of privacy.

Pros: "From checkin to luggage collection - the flight was easy and without hassle. We left slightly later than scheduled but arrived slightly earlier than scheduled. Staff from check in to those onboard we polite and professional. The aircraft was clean, bright and appeared in good order."

Contrary to popular belief, Air India is no longer the armpit of the aviation transport industry. It’s a world class change from the TATA’s to privatize & rejuvenate the previously government run airline.

A bug in it ( yet to go under microscope ) and a rice based desert !! Poor choice of films . No service between meals unless you went and asked for"

Cons: "Flight was delayed by 5 hours. No reason given other than operational issues. What does that mean? All airport staff sucked at both airports. SFO more so. They broke my bag. There was no agents around for an hour.. Then they said 40$ is the maximum they pay for a broken bag!"
Cons: "The seats on the plane were actually broken that we were assigned. When we asked to be moved, our new seats were broken too but not as badly broken, so we basically had to pick the lesser of 2 evils. Avoid flying air India if at all possible."
