Crew was great, service was good, flight went well. Originally, the flight was advertised with WiFi… including during check in… and nada.

On every Aegean flight it seems, they ask people to check in carry on luggage. That seems to happen less often with other airlines for some reason. The food is very basic for a full service airline. We do not need a meal with trays, but something of higher quality (even just higher quality pies) would be better. The cabin crew was very nice and professional, though.

Short flight. Was not told if there was a kosher option for the snack.

My experience with a GNA was extremely poor. My original flight was canceled. They put me on another flight. Four hours later. They changed my seat number to the last row where I had no room at all and it cost me $120 for luggage. Additionally, I missed my ferry in Paris Athens. I had to rebook my ferry and I could not get a refund so by them canceling the trip for four hours it caused me no ferry to go to Betsy. I had to find a room that night. The only one I could find was at the Hyatt grand in Athens And I lost a night. Stay at Betsy that I had already prepaid so no my experience was awful. Additionally, they never said on any intercom that Greece was one hour ahead of Paris so that was a problem. We had no idea and when it was never communicated to us

When a flight has a delay of about an hour it is customary to announce the passengers

The flight was delayed for no reason by 30 min making my connection very hard to get.

The only issue was a short window to make my connecting flight, and nobody to assist me in finding my way to the next gate.

aegean took off late, which made it impossible for us to make the next flight on air canada, we all ran to the terminal, the plane was still there but the air canada folks wouldn't let us board because they said the door was already closed. they told us we had to go all the way back to aegean desk to arrange another flight.

Crew was excellent. Food was ok for a short flight. Plane was a regular airliner without any entertainment. Crew members were delightful. Pilot took off and landed without ever feeling that it had touched down. Very professional pilot and staff
