Pros: "The crew was amazing!"
Pros: "The crew was sufficient and polite. Seats are average. Food was extremely limited. Underwhelmed but, frankly, exhausted with the process of trying to get out."
Cons: "Communication of flight departure time was not provided causing us to miss our flight and requiring over 2 hours on a cell call to Bangladesh to book a 24 hr delay which was further confused by computer glitches. Poor customer service at the flight checkin desk in Kathmandu who are, apparently, limited in what they can assist with."

Cons: "For Asian Veg Meal, they served Paneer for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The spacing between meals was quite large. Entertainment options for adults and kids were quite limited."

Cons: "Plane was very crowded as compared to the A380 I flew over on. also the meal services on the Trip over was much better than this return flight"
Cons: "The flight left > 2 hours late from JFK to Abu Dhabi, and my connection was changed midair. Instead of changing it to the next flight, they changed it to a flight 16 hours later so I missed my entire day of meetings. The paid internet did not work inflight so I couldn't check my connection or receive emails. The crew was not friendly, and they also wouldn't give anyone any information about their connections during the flight, which resulted in ~80 people rushing the crew and the desk. It was very messy."

Cons: "The flight almost landed in Bahrain but the captain decides not to and the excuse was bad weather. So he just turned around and went back to Abu Dhabi. There was no plane for people to board Abu Dhabi and were left stranded. Thankfully the airport staff re-booked everyone immediately and dealt with the situation efficiently in a professional way. I was delayed by at least 8 hours. There was no email from Etihad about the canceled flight or an apology. It was a bit disappointing given that they are my favorite airline."

Cons: "Crew members did not care about anything, unorganized. actually tripped and fell into the aisle hit my shoulder on the arm rest of another passenger’s seat because of a crew members luggage was in the middle of the aisle and it was dark. Food was terrible. The in flight entertainment was lacking entertainment. Crew members told us we needed to hold our carry on’s, on our lap then to store it under the seat because other people have bigger bags. Even though I got to the seat first and was trying to get settled in. Crew members were eating and on their cellphones in the back the majority of the time. It was hard to get a cup of water. Flew from Chicago O’hare to Abu Dhabi."

Cons: "More than 9 hour stay with no hotel & no food voucher before 16 hours flight . When I requested the customer service person he was very rude and with very bad attitude even the person was behind me he said the same thing. The food was very bad taste during the flight,coffee and tea had a very bad taste. Orange juice taste very bad too. No personal kit was given during the flight. Over all very bad experience. Please coney my comments to Etihad Airways."

Cons: "We have cancelled the trip on some personal problems online on kiwi.com, called twice also but till date no action is taken. Neither we got refund nor tickets got cancelled, eventhough we have cancelled tickets 3 days prior to start of our trip"
Pros: "Crew was friendly. Even though we were redirected to a new gate/plane and had half hour delay, our plane arrived on time."
Cons: "Was stuck next to an overweight lady who was sitting partially in my seat and crowding me. My gate was changed and we were redirected to a ghetto looking area for the gate. My luggage was not delivered along with my flight and I had to file complaint to get it delivered. It caused lots of hardship as I had no way of contacting my family to let them know I had arrived and was safe. They were all worried when I didn't come out of the airport at Hyderabad in a timely manner since I traveled alone due to an emergency."

Pros: "Stunning level of service. It feels like what U.S. Airlines were like when you traveled in the 1950's-60's. They pamper you and really seem to care about your flight experience. Food was excellent. I will try my best to only fly this airline from now on for overseas flights."
Cons: "Not much to say about what I didn't like. My only negative experience was waiting almost an hour for baggage upon return in Toronto. I almost missed my shuttle back to home . Entire luggage experience was very disorganized and pathetic, I blame that on AerLingus, which is owned by Etihad."

My wife asked one of the stewardesses for water and she never brought. When we asked for it again she brought it and said "here" like she was bothered to have to bring water."

Cons: "1. Food choices from NYC to Abu Dhabi were only lamb or Indian cuisine (chicken kofta or veg), no seafood option. Very few extras were given with the meal or between meals (no fruit, candy bars, peanuts, etc. on the flight). 2. Entertainment was stopped 30 minutes before arrival."

Cons: "The cabin crew is not at all courteous. When you start travelling in US, you realize how different the crew's attitude is. When you want to say no to the customer, atleast make an effort to accommodate the needs of the customer first. Minor requests made by the passengers should be accommodated. You just rudely say No. Learn something from American customer service!!"
