Delta exceeded my expectations! I am beyond satisfied. Thank you!
Noting this only because it’s so unusual for delta: this was just an uncomfortable flight. The jet ridge was too hot and the plane wasn’t any better. By the time we got off the ground the AC was on but for such a short flight it was almost too late.
1) It was extremely hot in the cabin. All the passengers were sweating and it almost became suffocating 2) It was a 50 min flight but there was no service. How can a 50 minute flight not have any drink/snack service?
I thought the service was very nice and pleasant. There were no hiccups and no issues so overall a good experience.
Average seat comfort, a drink and chips were provided, early boarding because we checked a carryon at the gate was nice. Ticket pricing shenanigans, including fees to pick a seat, check a bag, and get food onboard - evidence the industry is reinvigorating last century’s strategies- destroys the experience before one ever arrives at the airport. It’s difficult to recognize any value or sustain loyalty in the end-to-end process making air travel more drudgery than pleasure.
WiFi didn’t work. Flight delayed 3 hours Crew members were illiterate Seat lean back did not work.
The plan was delayed and left DC 90 minutes late. However, it showed a 20 minute delay on the delta app, then a 12 min delay. It turned out to be an hour delay. I found out where the plane was with flightaware. Stop keeping customers in the dark about what is going on.
Could not get my connecting flight boarding pass until four hrs before departure! Ver annoying especially since the staff could not explain why!

The crew members; the service, the food, everything was good. The check in process was terrible because I couldn't choose my seat. It made my waiting too long at the airport in Tel Aviv and at the end U've got the middle seat even though it was promised to me to give me the aisle seat. Each company gives the option to choose free seats during check in. I didn't have this option
The service, the crew, the cleanliness, and most of all, the comfort and space between seats in the economy class was excellent! The seat spacing was better than all my international flights in recent memory.
I stood in line for two hours חודא to drop off my suitcase. When I arrived just before the gate closed and asked to drink the water I bought a minute before boarding, the flight attendant rushed me to throw away the bottle and get on the plane. She spoke rudely, even though I had been standing in different lines for 3 hours; I felt bad and needed water. The delay was the airline's fault, not my fault. I expected understanding, not rudeness.
The space between my knees and the chair in front of me was the smallest I’ve ever seen. I could not reach the blanket that was on the floor. The entertainment included very many Israeli movies and tv shows. The El Al app did not update to tell me the gate. The most important thing you should know is that El Al is very security conscious. Prepare to go through a security check at the gate. They look through the passport and boarding pass, through your carry on bags, ask questions, etc. Then they give you a sticker and only then can you board. So get to the gate about half an hour before you would otherwise.
Poor service! If I can I will never fly with them again.
Great quality food. clean cabin and bathrooms. Fast boarding and overall comfortable flight for the duration and times.

It was...fine. Boarding worked okay, the staff was competent and sufficiently polite, and it was a nice Dreamliner aircraft.

We were 3 people together and they seated us apart. My wife and I were both in middle seats which were very tight
I was exhausted from a long day. The flight was smooth. The first flight during my 3 week travel that took off on time.
Boarded early; and arrived home 40 mins early. After a long flight, it’s nice to be back home early. These flights have no amenities; no snacks. So need to bring your own
As I wrote earlier, poor planning and/or communication. At least twice, we were told that we would be boarding in less than ten minutes, only to have the flight again delayed at least another hour.
Great flight. Boarded efficiently. Arrived early at CLT. There was no in flight entertainment on this aircraft. Great crew.
It was a red-eye, but the flight felt surprisingly quick. The seats were very comfortable, and that made resting much easier. I also want to thank the gentleman seated next to me, who graciously moved so my mom could sit beside me. We slept almost the entire way. The cabin crew was respectful in not disturbing us, while also being courteous and professional throughout. Thank you, United.
Food was terrible. Crew was kind but skipped over my row for providing sandwiches and beverages.
We loved the United lounge near our gate and a rep named Aimee who was GREAT

I received an upgrade to business class because I was on the waiting list. That made the flight much nicer. The staff was excellent.
Rude and condescending crew, below average food, passengers treated as toddlers.
Confusion at boarding with my seat (there wasn't one) that I had to have corrected using my status; then because of that had to check bags. And then a very long delay on the tarmac with no air conditioning on a very warm day. It was just a miserable experience all around.
Flight was delayed which isn’t the airline’s fault, but the communication around it was terrible. I left the lounge to show up at the gate to board at the time in my app, and the flight in front of mine was still boarding and the inbound plane hadn’t even taken off yet. Delays were slow to show up in my app. Improved communication could have let me have a more pleasant experience in the lounge vs waiting 1.5 hours at the gate.
We had to de-board do to maintenance and there was ZERO help with getting rebooked. The flight was delayed by over 24 hours. Quite ridiculous. When I. called Kayak to get help to rebook, they said they couldn't and that it had to be done at the American counter that didn't exist without going outside TSA security, which I did.
The airline company should manage their crew for the plane on better schedule so people don’t have to wait in the plane. And this flight that I had had no snacks offered, and if you would like a water, you had to come see somebody and ask for. If airline would let people know that they are no longer providing or offering any food. At least people could bring their own if they wish.
ATL to CLT return flight. Delayed way too severely. Had to cancel the return flight.
The flight up was great no issues. The flight back home was a cluster. I was told the plane I was waiting on was giving to another flight which caused me to miss my connection flight. Granted the airline did great with getting hotel and vouchr for food.

Got delayed several times, and now have to wait 5 to 6 hrs for next flight. Not including the flight from charlotte to Charlottesville had no AC.
the flight is delayed, which is not uncommon but the communication was still getting hopes on reaching on time which didn't happen. When I boarded the flight it was so like unimaginably filthy. My seat belt had some sticky stuff to it like food or something from before and the space below the arm rest is accumulated dust and waste like from few months i have the pictures. Cheery on top, the airhostess was an old lady who was so bossy and mad for no reason and bossing around everyone!! worst experience ever!!
We were delayed in CLT for 4 hours for mechanical issues resulting in us not leaving till 1:30AM and landing at 2:30 AM, so getting home at 4AM. The crew at the desk had no answers and provided very little information. I received a food voucher via email/app however there were no food places open. Even the walk up and scan your own places did not accept the QR code. I know mechanical issues occur but better communication would have made an unfortunate situation less frustrating.
Exorbitantly overpriced ticket. Flight was delayed as per usual with air Canada and there was zero refund or compensation.
One crew member, Brandy was very helpful with recovering phone lost in customs. The plane was ancient and poorly maintained. Checked baggage did not arrive with flight. Almost missed flight because if insanely short layover time. Air Canada is worst flight I have ever booked with Kayak. Wanted to charge for headsets for on flight media.
It was a nice and smooth trip. Gave a friendly environment throughout the journey.
On the final leg of my flight the male attendant was very difficult to understand while making announcements in both English and French. It’s good I already know the safety procedures as I couldn’t understand him at all. My seat mate agreed. When the women attendants spoke they were clear and spoke at a good rate making them very easy to understand. This is a safety issue.
The food was not good. The chicken was dry. The seats are to crowded.

Staff was not attentive to the needs of the passangers. We have tried to call Air Canada for over a week with no answer.
Although the flight was delayed, they did their best to make up time.
It will be good to have Duty Free on board, as it was before COVID.
Flight was fine but took off late by an hour with no explanation of why. Then when I arrived in Toronto rather than helping me get to my connecting flight they bumped me and several Others off the plane even though we made it to the gate before the plane left. They offered a hotel voucher overnight which was nice but they should have just held the flight for us - since there were multiple people connecting to it.
