Everything was good, but there was a delay of about an hour

I liked it as a half empty flight, I didn't like to wait 5 hours to fly which wasn't my fault.

Food was horrible! Inedible sandwiches by a supposed star chef, Assaf Granit. I was dead hungry the entire flight but couldn't possibly stuff that awful sandwich down my throat,

El AL has vastly improved its overall experince in the last several years. Nicer place, nicer flight attendants, food, comfort etc

Poor food service, a microwave heated sandwich and 300ml water bottle for a coach 4 hours flight ticket. Entertainment only by streaming to your device if you got something more than a small phone screen. On the positive side - on time arrivel.

Remind me not to fly (eat) at passover with Israeli cartiers. Came out of the aircraft with an incredible neck pain. Crew and entertainment were good.

As I paid for extra space - the seat was OK. The snack is very bad! The service is fair. The WiFi was so slow i could not see the provided movie and free TV. Just had so seat all the time...

Great entertainment system. The crew was somewhat helpful, but ignored the calls completely. Also all the isle seats were taken by the time of check-in and we had to squeeze a family of 5 on middle seats in 3 rows - awfully inconvenient to fetch nappies, take kids to the toilet or fetch water. Seat spacing was ok and the missile defence system of ElAl planes is unmatched.

Window seats on the 737 are tight and narrow. Staff was good.

first and above all I liked the crew; everyone was one of a kind, friendly, professional, and eager to help.

Flight WAW-ORD flight attendants were really rude, no smile at all. Except one young girl working in aft part of the cabin. They were talking only in Polish. After 4th/5th time asking in english, they were answering in english. Not the best approach to the pax.

The flight was delayed by an hour which caused me to lose my car rental in Vilnius

All good. Didn’t get the seats I booked online. Luckily, copassanger cooperated! Mistake- I failed to verify connecting flight seats details at Mumbai. Staff at Mumbai airport to be blamed equally!

The customer service and the flight experience were very good!

My bag was lost despite an almost 8 hour layover in Warsaw. Nearly 12 hours after my arrival, I have not heard anything about it.

Flight crew was very nice and we had a direct flight, which was great. My seat was very cramped, despite paying for the seats. The food was terrible and the check in process was a bit chaotic.

On my flight the menus showed different food and different was available. I think that was a miscommunication maybe. Other than that flight was wonderful.

It was ok. This flight was for my 80 year old grandparents and when they arrived to Beirut no wheelchair (as requested) was waiting for them. My grandpa had to pick up his own luggage, he got soooo tired. No one to help him as we submitted the request ahead of time

Multiple errors by Turkish airlines and Istanbul Airport kept us from making flight. Stuck in Istanbul!

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent flight experience I had with your airline. This has been one of the worst travel experiences I have ever encountered, and I feel compelled to bring it to your attention. Firstly, I missed my flight due to what I perceive to be a lack of clear communication and coordination on the part of your staff. There was no remorse or apology from the airline's representatives, which further exacerbated the situation. As a result of missing my flight, I was subjected to a 24-hour delay at the airport, where I had to spend a significant amount of money to rent a hotel room and cover other incidental expenses. Additionally, since my baggage was already checked in from Tanzania to Turkey, I had to purchase essential items for the 24-hour period. What truly dismayed me, however, was the discourteous and unprofessional attitude of your staff. Their lack of empathy and understanding only added to the stress and inconvenience of the situation. I have been traveling abroad for over 20 years, and I can confidently say that this experience has been the worst I have ever encountered. As a result, I am compelled to reconsider ever using your airline again for future travel. I strongly urge you to address the issues I have raised and take immediate steps to rectify the situation. Additionally, I expect a formal apology and a refund for the expenses I incurred due to the airline's negligence. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to your prompt response.

Process for on line checking needs a lot of improvement. Very frustrating.

I will avoid this airline as much as possible. Service was rude, and I don’t think the crew knew how to answer a CALL LIGHT. I pushed my call light on the ohare to Istanbul and the Istanbul to Thailand flight because I was very very thirsty. NO ONE CAME. I pushed it twice! NO ONE CAME! Why have a call light when no one will come? My experience was the WORSE AND I WILL NEVER EVER FLY WITH THIS AIRLINE AGAIN. The cabin crew needs to learn MANNERS AND BE RETRAINED on their jobs on how to be helpful and kind instead of being short with their customers and ANSWER CALL LIGHTS! I honestly wouldn’t be suprised this airline goes out of business.

I canceled this flight after turkish airlines did not provide any consideration for a death in the family while in Singapore

Numerous delays, missed connections flight. Then connection flights were late as well

The airplane, although a very new model, does not offer a standard outlet plug, so when my computer battery died after 2 hours, that was it. It seems bizarre that they would offer only USB outlets.

The flight left 2 hours late from Munich therefore we missed our connecting flight to Charlotte.

Handling of baggage. We had a two hour delay and they still did not get baggage on flight

I had a family emergency and couldn’t board and I contacted underpricer to help me get a refund or just a flight adjustment as i would still be flying later that week, and that hasn’t happened. I will never book a flight through kayak/ underpricer ever again.

They canceled our flight last minute and we had to get another flight with twice the cost

No pillows provided. Chaotic boarding. No inflight entertainment. Flight arrived 25 minutes late.

It would have been better if the flight hadn't been an hour late, causing us to miss our connection. Even without the delay, Lufthansa do not allow adequate time for passport control and getting yourself to the departure gate.

Regular 3 across coach seats in “business” just empty middle seat

I liked the crew services inside the flight, but not the one checking me in. She was not nice, a very bad listerner, and arrogant. More listening to understand the customer's problems would help.

Late departure. No announcements. Boarding was a disaster. Some kind of technical issue scanning boarding passes.

Pegasus is a very efficient airline. Passengers, however are sometimes unruly. Getting up right after take off. Getting up right when we land and before getting to the gate. Switching seats to the front so she can get a better seat. It is unfair for those that actually paid for seats. Flight attendants seem to not enforce it. One or two bad actors ruins it. Overall, the airline is great.

Pegasus is not a very comfortable airline. They’re not in any way hospitable

It was like moving cattle around. Very abrupt, uncomfortable and not much hospitality

All good but air not give the pasing er any food even glase of water

Flight delayed by 1hr when we already boarded because someone had to get off. Leg room is terrible for 6ft people like me.

I used the airline 5-6 times for the last year and every flight have had perfect timing and I like it. Despite catastrophic absence of space for my legs 😁

The crew was utterly non helping and non courteous.I asked for a water. The air hostess could have said it's paid . She informed me that I will come later after serving but never turned up. The seats were never comfortable.My first and last flight with Pegasus.I am not taking again

The plane left Istanbul 1 hour late and the AC was not really working great it was so hot inside and no air. This was my worst flight in a long time since I had a flight with Ryanair.

Cheap and cheerful. It’s a super cheap, no frills flight. Very professional and as it’s an A320 relatively spacious. Seats do not recline. Happy with the service. You get what you pay for. Can’t complain
