After already spending 10 hours in ATL because of an earlier delay due to human error I was extremely disappointed in Delta that my flight out of Atlanta was delayed by an hour because they LOST the plane and couldn’t find it or the truck to bring it to the gate. This kind of error on Xmas eve is embarrassing. Delta didn’t do anything for the passengers affected by this. I was dumbstruck by the apathy of the Delta employees at the gate (the exception was the flight crew, who tried to get the aircraft there earlier). Because Delta did nothing but make error after error I arrived at home 11 hours later than my original flight was booked for on Christmas Eve, missing Christmas Eve Services and family traditions. When I need to get somewhere on time I’ll never rely on Delta after this experience."

That part was ok, but they could have changed their seats so my family and i could sit together. I’m pretty sure they wouldn’t have minded given they were all on their 4th flight if the day. It seemed that the gate crew was not budging. If my parents hadn’t had 2 seats together my daughter would have had to sit with a stranger. That’s not acceptable."

Leaving our luggage in Dallas the night before my daughters Vet school interview was not acceptable. We asked multiple times before volunteering to check our bags. Then American Airlines delivered the luggage to the wrong place. We had to buy her new interview clothes and toiletries.
Chicago-OHare was mostly good, though the YSA agents were very loud and many of them very rude! American Airlines staff and crew were excellent. No complaints. The bag-check process was very easy and we had a very smooth arrival process. We were at the airport for about 45 minutes including rental car return, bag check, TSA, and arrival at our gate. Very happy!

They didn't seem to be very accommodating or apologetic and I didn't even offer compensation to those who had to stay overnight to wait for the next flight out. C'mon AA. Step it up! I would think that if you cancel a flight, you should help your customers get home the same day. Do whatever you can. I don't think you did whatever you could for most of us on that flight."

I understand that I did not shell out the class to fly business class, but it's not okay to not feed a pregnant woman. Additionally, when I was flying form you were not allowed t bring water onto the plane. The flight attendants only provided me one small water bottle an two small cups of water. I asked for more but they said no :( I will never fly United again"
Pros: "Service,management, food"
Cons: "The comform of the seats was very poor. Entertainment only worked half way. Stewards did not ask if I wanted to eat or not. Only pessengers on the alley seats were asked. Very little attention was given to make passengers comfortable."
Pros: "We enjoyed the ability to have beer and wine included. We thought the meals going to Tel Aviv and on the return were very tasty, good portions, and served at the appropriate times. We loved the choices of movies/tv that were updated and new and also included."
Cons: "The only issue we had was getting up to go to the bathroom midflight. There was some slight turbulence and the attendants demanded we sit down for safety (it wasn't too bad though) yet once we got back to our seats the turblence was fine, and we got up to go again and the same thing happened. There were long lines for the bathrooms. I'm not sure if that can be avoided though."

Cons: "The flight was over 3 hours delayed (we took off later than we were planned to arrive). The boarding process was very long with frequent delays. There was no sense of urgency to board quickly. Once we were boarded we sat at the sky bridge for another 10-15 minutes before departing."

Cons: "Did not appreciate the flight attendants at all. VERY rude staff. Not considerate by making everyone wait a LONG time to serve food, which was not served in a friendly manner at all. It was quite obvious they did NOT care about our comfort or experience. Would NOT recommend unless I'm desperate and feel like being around people who hate their job and want me to know it."

Cons: "The gluten free menu wasn't very good, and also there were no gluten free snacks. 1% of the population has celiac, I expected more these days..."

Cons: "No access to movies because my earbuds would not plug into the hole for them. All food was nasty, inedible. Breakfast so bad even the smell of it polluted the cabin for the remainder of the flight. Just a cold ham or turkey and cheese sandwich would have been preferable. Attention from flight attendants was haphazard at best. Chose this flight because of good flight times but in future will avoid United if at all possible."
Cons: "Some moron decided that passengers shouldn't be allowed to bring drinks on the plane. This means that after passing security and customs, after buying an overpriced cup of latte, you are told to spill it or else. And that's in a country that lives on security. Unacceptable. Unjustified and unheard of."

Cons: "I was unhappy with the handing of my luggage when unloaded plane side in Houston. The unwillingness of the representatives of United to help was extremely dissapointing. My flight being delayed I guess was just the icing on the cake."
