Cons: "I flew from Tel Aviv and upon arrival went through security so I could proceed to my departure gate. Then at the departure gate a whole new round of security. There was a priority line, but for some reason I didn't get in it, although I fly business. The line was not that long but it just did not move. And the a/c was not working. Worst boarding experience ever and I've been flying for over 40 years. When I boarded finally I asked if I could give a review and although they said yes- nothing. So I hope someone who cares sees this."

My baggage did not arrive for 4 days in Cairo and no one was responding to calls and even went to airport twice . offices were closed during day time . Last day before leaving with the help of a travel agent I was lucky to get my luggage. There was almost a brawl at airport as people were unhappy because their baggage did not come from tel aviv to cairo. Very poor handling of delayed baggage. Not even a call from the airline. Not sure if it was offloaded in Tel Aviv or Athens."

Pros: "The flight started with a visit in the recently renovated KLM crown lounge in Amsterdam airport. I liked the various seating options and of course the upstairs bar. The service on board was attentive and efficient, the food options I really liked (especially the Chinese dish) but also the little touches like the nuts & gouda cheese which were served in small porcelain bowls. The seat itself was very comfortable when sitting and the structure gives a lot of privacy. However for couples or friends travelling it's a bit cumbersome to have a conversation even when sitting in seats next to each other. Overall my expectations were fulfilled."

And the crew was not polite enough so she made fun of my Cary-on. In short, I expected more from KLM which is famous for them being "Royal" but not acting as one of them."

Cons: "The check in process was confusing as the MIA location required that passengers take luggage to an area away from the ticketing counter, no explanation and almost zero signage. We walked around the airport until we found the location. Truly a horrible experience in MIA. Move to TPA!!"

Pros: "I didn't like anything flying with aeroflot plus I didn't received my surfboard case with all my clothes in , I came to a vacation with no bikinis no surfboard no clothes no underwear. Will never fly with you again"

Cons: "המזוודה של מרים נשארה במוסקבה! כבר שלושה ימים היא מסתובבת ללא החפצים האישיים שלה-ללא הציוד, איפור, הלבשה אישית, פיז'מה, נעלי-בית ובגדים להחלפה. נכון שאמרו לה במשרדי איירפלוט שהיא יכולה לרכוש ציוד נחוץ וישלמו לה בהצגת קבלות, אבל עכשיו יש לה הוצאות לא מתוכננות והכסף הולך למינימום דברים שאי אפשר להסתדר בלעדיהם ושווים כסף, זמן ונוחות. המזוודה בינתיים איננה! איפה מזומן להוצאה הלא צפויה הזאת? איפה פיצוי על עגמת נפש? ומתי כבר תגיע המזוודה??!"
