I was very happy to see that Lufthansa had direct flights from Frankfurt to Tampa. The pasta dinner was delicious, but the pizza wasn't that good. I suggest a selection of wurst and cheese with crackers or an egg wrap might be more refreshing.

When I bought my ticket , I bought it for a premium flex and I paid more money to get comfortable seat , but I get a basic economy seat, I need a refund for the ticket Thank you Rabeh Afli

We were in premium economy seats that appeared to be locked in plae, No reclining. My aching back.

I had a sprained ankle and had to go down the stairs to the bus and then up the stairs to the plane. Food / dinner served cold

Small plane, only two bathrooms, no screen for videos. Not wide enough seats

Very helpful crew, including airport people, getting us in wheelchairs and working so hard to get us where we need on time!

It wasn’t bad but it was not excellent either. The airlines are trying to save as much money as possible and we are paying price for it. Flying is not as it used to be.

There was a screaming child behind our seats. This prevented us from getting any sleep during the night.

Easy access for older people wasn’t good to and from Tunis to Frankfort. Bussing people on the airport grounds was a major discomfort and physically dangerous.

The flight was delayed. Don't recall much else, as the flight was short and I slept through most of it.
