Lots of water brought around by staff which is very important to stay hydrated on a long flight. There provided swiss chocolate icecream! The attention to detail is obvious. They really want to make their passengers entertained and comfortable.

I have no complaints. The crew was attentive, pleasant and heloful

overall the flight was good and we were happy they waited for us. However, our luggage didn t make it and this caused us a lot of problems.

Ghe issue was with the delay caused by the late boarding. We had to run to catch our next flight, barely made it and then our luggage didn t arrive with us. Really bad organizing.

It was a pleasant experience accept temperature in the plane It was extremely cold in the airplane that I was shivering I got sick because of the extreme cold temperature on my flight

Crew was wonderful, snacks were so good and quite a variety for free, food was mediocre, big selection of movies and they kept lavatories pretty clean throughout the flight

Flight was diverted from Firenze to Pisa causing delay and inconvenience.

Everything was great, except for food. It was not good. I think I got a food poisoning from the salad.

I was sweating the whole time for 9 hrs. There are no air nozzles above the seats

The chair is narrow and very uncomfortable. There is no privacy as you advertised.

The plane was crowded, seats narrow, legroom practically nonexistent. The entertainment feature didn't work for my row and nobody was able to/interested in trying to fix it. This was a direct contrast to a very comfortable Lufthansa flight I'd taken from RDU to Frankfurt about a week earlier.

Lufthansa only flew me to Larnaca. I had to find my own way from there, and am out of pocket for a ticket and hotel expenses

Seats are too close together, there is not enough legroom. Food was pretty bad. TV didn’t work for more than half the flight which was annoying. Crew was annoyed that I complained about the TV they shut down the system and it restarted but then froze again. Asked them again but they were annoyed only to shut it down again it worked for two hours then froze again.

Food was excellent. Staff were very helpful when asked a question and followed up with an answer quickly.

It never happened. Bumped 2 times then cancelled. 4 cancelled flights after that

Lufthansa staff was fantastic, but the airport was a mess. I was at this airport in the past and I have never experienced any problem, but this time it was nutty because of soccer tournament: UEFA 2024 championship

The staff was amazing, second to none. I wish I would have booked an exit row seat earlier. I'm 6'2 225 ( athletic build). However I've had a double hip replacement and the 10 hour trip with minimal space in economy caused some muscle spasms, even with getting up and walking around. The plane was full, and the staff did check for me. I would definitely fly again based on the service. However if you are a bigger guy and fly economy, please go for the exit row if possible.

The Lufthansa flight was delayed, and I missed the connecting flight. Lufthansa staff have not been helpful in rebooking the subsequent flight with Air India (another airline that is part of the Star Alliance). Lufthansa told me it's not their responsibility, and Air India says the PNR is part of Lufthansa, so they are not responsible for rebooking. Lufthansa customer service asked me to contact the counter at Delhi airport, but no one was available there. I am caught between these two airlines, and ultimately, Air India decided to reschedule my flight after 18 hours. I am stranded at Delhi airport. I can't go out because if I do, I can't come back in, and I can't get past security to get food. My 3-year-old and I are stranded here for 12 hours without food and water.

It was horrible the woman next to me was sick and I asked if they would change my seat and they said that they didn’t have any available. I sat next to this women for 9 hour and now I am sick .

We booked and purchase our seats in February for a September flight. We choose seats then also, did the online check in on the app the day before and all was fine. At the airline check in they charged our seats and we were not even sitting together after paying for business class seats. They separated us with no explanation and would not change them back. I was very upset. On the return flight, they tried to put us on standby! When again, we purchased seats in February for this flight. The plane was old and smaller and the business class seats were not comfortable like the flight from NYC. Flight attendants were hard to find once the first meal was served, luckily the flights were smooth.

Not boarding 60 minutes late. after getting bumped to this flight because ITA do not hold a flight for five minutes as the fight to the connection was 45 minutes late

Crew was good. Very nice staff. Wine was good. Problems- no AC while waiting for takeoff. Long wait so we should have been more comfortable. No water for quite awhile. Food should have been better for an Italian airline. Chicken was pressed rounds of processed meat- not tasty. We had only one hour for our connection- ran through airport- plane waited for us and staff was helpful.

Poor , i missed the next flight to new york . We stayed inside the plane for almost 30 or 40min

Everything was fine except the food. They really need to work on the quality of the food.

I’m disappointed with ITA Airlines. I feel their planes are outdated. I upgraded to Premier economy and there was very little “Premium” about it. I flew on SAS in Premier economy and that is a great experience. I do not recommend this airline.

Cancelled my ticket and was never told and showed up to airport
