The seat was wet when I came in. Food was just something. And during a whole 11 to 12 hours in the airplane NO WIFI. Was is the point to buy a business ticket if you can be connected to your relatives and your company. Ethiopian used to do that to theirs customers, TECHNICAL ISSUE, WE ARE SORRY….. I am a gold customer for ET. It is very disappointed!

Planes are good. However the entertainement system is slow. The headphones are of low quality and I could hardly hear a movie The movies lack subtitiles

Check in took over an hour because printer was not working. Attendant did not know how to give free layover Addis Ababa hotel vouchers or update frequent flyer number. After repeated attempts, got voucher emailed. However hotel wanted printed voucher hence more delay. Bus time from hotel back to airport was printed 4:50 hours, but hotel reception called at 3 pm saying bus will leave at 4 pm. Then hotel reception called again saying 4:15 pm. We rushed at 4:15 pm and bus was not ready until 4:40 pm. Many audio outlets were not working in planes.

The flight is packed and it feels like the space per individual has gotten smaller. Excruciating for a 14hr flight.

Im if Ethiopian can allow customers to use their mileage for in flight connexion it will be great.

No Asian Vegetarian food was available on this sector but only fish and chicken and pasta were offered.

Plane was late with no information or announcement … had to walk up n downstairs.., had not communicated this … and ppl had suitcase to carry .

Good was great, but no vegetarian option: only beef or chicken. In business class please add a vegetarian option. Thanks

My entertainment screen wasn't working and they couldn't fix it.

Entertainment was very poor. Couldn’t watch anything. Ear pieces were the wrong type .
