Cons: "The woman who checked me in at the start of my journey from TLV on 2/17/20 provided exceptional customer service. She was very professional and customer service excelled beyond measure. Thank you. My return flight on 3/23/20 was enjoyable and pleasant. Bathrooms on plane very well maintained. I will definitely fly El Al in the future!"

Pros: "I was upgraded to economy plus at no charge As there were empty seats"
Cons: "Online check-in didn’t work (and anyway there is no difference if you check-in online when you arrive at the airport). Security checks were very (very) tedious."

Pros: "El Al Business Class check-in was magic. Shower in King David Lounge was great and appreciated, after 24 hours travel from Australia. Flight was delayed by 90 minutes, so being in the lounge was especially welcome. King David Lounge is good but not exceptional for a Business Class lounge. El Al business class seating, food and service was all very good and extremely welcome after somewhat cramped economy seating and unexpectedly mediocre food on the long Cathay flight from Hong Kong to Tel Aviv. Cathay economy from Sydney to Hong Kong had been great."
Cons: "Woman at entrance to King David Lounge let us in, but was curt and argumentative, and INCORRECTLY asserted that our upgrade didn't include lounge access. Only last minute upgrade AT THE GATE does not include lounge access. Business Class upgrade doesn't include extra status points."

The seats were quite uncomfortable despite having good legroom. The 350s are quite nice but the problem is on the old 777 aircraft. Special meal requests are not catered for as they should. They never had any ice for drinks.

I had an issue with my tv screen and was not able to use the in flight entertainment I am very dissatisfied with such poor care and professionalism from your staff. This was something that should not have taken 45 min to get solved and even worse despite the call light being on multiple flight attendants walked by and did not even bother to question why the call light was on"
Não se pode confiar nas informações nos painéis do aeroporto. Constava que o voo estava atrasado e sairia às 11h25. Por sorte, fui a um balcão de informaçoes que primeiro confirmou o atraso, mas outro funcionário ouviu e disse que o embarque estava acontecendo. Fomos os ultimos a embarcar. Mais 5 minutos teriamos perdido o voo.

دائما تأخير في مواعيد الإقلاع انتظار طويل داخل الطائرة في الحر لعدم وجود باص لنقل الركاب تأخير الأمتعة اكثر من ساعة على السير برغم انها الطائرة الوحيدة في التوقيت الطائرة نظيفة من الداخل . طاقم المضيفات غير ملتزم باعطاء التعليمات قبل الاقلاع

Cons: "Hello, After I ordered this flight it was canceled by Israir airlines. I was ordering with another company (TK), and I thought that’s my order with Kayak canceled. A few days before the schedule the flights back and my company made a new reservation for me. When I got to airport i understood that I have two reservations, which it’s mean that we payed twice. I don’t know if you can do something about it, but I expect that you will make an effort to give me my money back. Thanks, Itzhak Ashkenazi"

Cons: "After the purchase via Kayak I found that the Israir site sell that flight fir $100 less. I consider it a fraud. While chat with Kayak (actually, Priceless) staff was easy, communication withIsrair was terrible. Until the check-in in the airport I didn't know whether the price includes sending a checked bag. Nobody was able to tell me this. Moreover, Priceless representative triet to convince me that the price doesn't include checked bag, while it did. So, I would find myself traveling with carry-on only, and that's unjustified. There is no possibility to do onlibe check-in."

It became a standard of this company to delay it's scheduled flights by hours! One to two days in advance, a notice of one hour delay is issued, then - at the airport, another 2 to 3 hours are occurring, at our outbound as well on our incoming flights. Be advised that this is to be expected. Furthermore - do not expect any transparency or explanation or just pure information from the company's reps on location, nor any other compensation or just a coupon for a snack or drink. It's probably just not part of the company's relation with it's clients.
Pros: "New aircraft, had a VOD service in your own device, also optional paid WiFi. We were offered water during the flight. The price was good and everything went smooth."
Cons: "Security in PRG airport is done at the gate - after the duty free shops, so there's no way to go back. No toilet or water fountain at the gate area after security - only a vending machine is available and benches. You can bring liquids bought in the duty free shops only if you ask at the cashier to get it packed in a special bag. That's probably not the airlines fault, but it is something to note when departing from PRG. The check in process is also very slow, that is due to Israeli security questioning, the line gets all around the terminal."

Its a fraud - we paid for regular Arkia flight and ended up with low low low service !!!!!"
