Cons:They did not have the car that I reserved. Also added additional fees at the pickup. They offered to take me to the hotel and deliver the car the next day, but we had already booked a tour that we needed the car for and honestly I didn’t trust them.Reviewed 2021 May 23

Pros:We arrived at Alamo and they did not have a vehicle for us. They said Kayak did not confirm whether Alamo had cars available. It was the worst car rental experience I have ever had.Cons:A refund.Reviewed 2021 May 23

Pros:Not a thing!Cons:Kayak shouldn't be booking car rentals when they've been warned by Alamo that they have no rental's. I had to pay triple the cost to secure a car in Cozumel for a week because of Kayaks failure.Reviewed 2021 Jan 08

Pros:Staff was excellent and very helpful.Cons:Insurance was 4 times more than the rental. Seemed a bit high although I can imagine accidents are quite frequent in Mexico.Reviewed 2019 Feb 22

Pros:On check in the gentleman was kind and efficient even though he could not find my reservation. I had to wait about 30 minutes and then-it was found.Cons:When I left my B&B to return the car I inspected the car it it had no damage(verified by 3 other of my party_total 4) We were in a rush to catch the ferry and we pulled to the assigned area. When Arturo arrived to inspect the car i gave the car a once over-no damage. Arturo told us we had to go inside the pier area to sign documents and pay. I told him we did not have time to fill up but that less than a quarter tank of gas was missing so to make sure to charge me. BUT when I got to the Alamo desk in pier-told we had damage and need to pay since we did not have the property damage SCAM SCAM SCAMReviewed 2018 May 09

Painfully Seinfeld...Pros:Found something that was kind of close to what we had requested.Cons:Refused to help as they we’re closing up. even though our flight had just landed. Had to pay for a taxi for that evening and the following day, only to return to find out they had no vehicle for me and had taken the reservation but had not held the reservation... it was so painfully Seinfeld.Reviewed 2018 Mar 01
