Pros:Newer clean car that ran well.Cons:Price was completely different than what I booked online. Location hard to find. Pickup and drop off took forever.Reviewed 2019 Jan 11

Bait and SwitchPros:The van was cleanCons:When we got there, he said the reservation price isn't the actual price, and that to rent a car instead of $30, it would be $86 after some vague required protection thing they didn't mention in the kayak listing. They also took an hour to do "paperwork" on their computer while we were waiting for them to get us the vehicle, and then when they finally called to have the vehicle brought, it took another 30 minutes of our port time. This place is ridiculous. Welcome to Mexico i guess. They gave us the car with 5/8 of a tank and i returned it with 5/8 in it. Only used 3 liters of fuel going to the public beach and back.Reviewed 2017 Dec 13

Cons:There was no such car rental at all at the specified address. Our weekend was horrible without at car thanks to Kayak.Reviewed 2016 Sep 19
