Pickup at the airport was quick and easy, especially with the car on the airport property and a short walk from the terminal. The car was better than advertised, clean, few miles, and performed perfectly. Check in and out, late in the evening for both times, was performed by knowledgeable and friendly people.Reviewed 2023 Mar 23

Alamo did not answer their telephone at 1:17 am when my plane landed in Fairbanks, AK. I had arrived early and wanted to pick up my rental car at 1:17 am. The contracted pickup time was set for 10:00 am. All Alamo's advertised information said they were open to 1:30 am. Later that same morning, I arrived at 10:58 am for my 10:00 am pickup. Alamo had given away my rental. No phone call. Nothing to see if I was on the way. And the desk clerk was dismissive and not the least bit apologetic about it.Reviewed 2023 Mar 17
