It was an incredibly long lineup at the airport as Enterprise was looking after Alamo customers. Alamo counter was closed mid-day. There was not enough rental cars available. The van I received had a large crack and 2 major dings on the windshield. The price that I was going to be charged was $400 more than my reservation which Enterprise fixed and said that it was an issue with Kayak.Reviewed 2024 Aug 01
