Pros:I thought I bought insurance from your associate Allianz, since I got confirmation email. After more than 24 hours, I received an email from Allinz which said hat I ought to call them because my purchase did not go through. When I called Allianz, alked to 4 different people whom said that they could not sell me a policy on the phone! I spent over 45 minutes talkingto them. Then talked to you for another 30 minutes and you said that I should go and talk to Allianz!!!!!!!Cons:I received an email from you after the phone call which said that you will contact me within 24 hours. • Does Enterprise offer vehicles for disabled drivers?

  If you require special adaptive driving devices for your rental, Enterprise offers this service free of charge. Devices available include left-foot accelerators, hand controls, spinner knobs, and pedal extenders. Some locations may be able to provide vehicles with adaptive devices within a day, but to ensure that your requirements are met, you should notify Enterprise of your needs at least two or three business days in advance. Disabled customers can also rent a car and have a surrogate drive it for them at no additional charge. The surrogate must have a valid driver’s license and comply with normal rental requirements for drivers.

• Does Enterprise offer pick-up and flexible drop-off service in Saskatoon?

  If you do not want to arrange for a ride from your location to your rental car, Enterprise does offer pick-up services to bring you to your vehicle. This service is only available during regular business hours at non-airport locations. For example, you can be picked up to get your vehicle at the office on Central Avenue, or the one on Brand Road, from around 7:30 am to about 5 pm, Monday to Friday. Furthermore, you can arrange to drop off your vehicle at a different location than the pick-up for an additional fee. This may be helpful if you need to return your vehicle after-hours, because the only location in Saskatoon where that is available is at the airport.

  You can choose from a wide range of vehicles if you book with Enterprise. For example, if you just need an easy vehicle to tool around the city, you may want a two-door economy car that seats four and comes with automatic transmission. If you want something a little more comfortable, especially if you will be driving with friends or family, you may want a four-door SUV that can accommodate five and comes with cruise control and air-conditioning.
