Overcharged mess & impossible to contact local officePros:The car mechanically worked great. Service was terrible and I was overcharged and still working to get that corrected.Cons:I had to extend my rental and after dozens of attempted calls to the local office I was still unsuccessful. I had to drive the local office pay to park and then stand in line for over an hour in a very busy train station in Rome.Reviewed 2018 Sep 19

Terrible ServicePros:The car was what I expectedCons:Totally unacceptable that a car rental in a city like Venice that receives millions of tourists yearly , closes their offices , for three hours at midday, on saturday afternoons and sundays. I arrived to Venice at 1230 and went to the office to pick up my car , the office was closed until 1430. Waited for the office to open , and i was told they were out of cars until 17 . My reservation was made theough Kayak with budget , so I cancelled my reservation with budget and made a new booking with Avis. When IReviewed 2018 Jun 10
