i booked my car online with my visa debit/credit card. when i arrived to pick up my car i was told i could not rent it without a credit card. No cash/check or debit card credit card only. I had traveled to MI from PA by car. We had car problems and I needed to rent a car to go back to PA that day. I did not have a credit card on me. No car then!!! I had to go to another car rental and pay more to rent a car that did take a debit card.

The Eclipse was nearly new , and handled the road so smooth .. what could have been better, I needed to charge my phone.. it didnt have 12volt service with the engine off..

Ridiculous RulesWhen I went to pick up my rental they don't accept credit cards that are also debit cards and they don't accept cash. I ended up not getting a rental.

When I picked up the car they told me that the 9.00 insurance I purchased would be invalid as I wasn’t the primary driver. I was renting a one way vehicle. So I had to buy another insurance policy at 13$. I have done this routine many times and this was a first. Wasn’t happy.

It was easy to make a reservation with kayak. We were pleased with the policy that you could cancel at any time prior to departure. The pick up and drop off were really easy.We were promised a Hyundai Elantra “or similar”- which is an intermediate car. We were traveling with luggage and a baby and needed the room. The “or similar” car we got was a compact at best- and economy at worst. I don’t appreciate how the company decided to downgrade us because they didn’t have an Elantra. But, I suppose that’s what happens these days. I also thought the car reeked of cigarettes and pee. The seats were grossly stained. As a non smoker with a baby, this was almost unbearable. But, it was vacuumed and looked like someone had tried to clean it as best as possible. Overall, it was a really good deal and we were just thankful to drive 12 hours without a problem.

Simple comfortit was a great deal on a roomy car with excellent gas mileage! Pick up and drop off was simple and quick.If I had to choose something, I guess it would be the fact that both sets of keys were chained together and couldn't be separated.

Pickup was fast, nobody was at the desk for drop off.I reserved a large SUV (Tahoe) and got a medium sized SUV (Traverse), was not compensated for the smaller vehicle and had an uncomfortable trip. The “oil change” warning came on right away so I worried about the vehicle maintenance during my entire 11 day trip which was stressful. The vehicle was dirty and smelled like cigarettes. I don’t think I’ll rent from enterprise in the future.

cost was good, and car was clean.really disappointing that this location could not pick me up like enterprise advertises. Yes I didn't read the fine print when booking but was stranded at another location trying to find a taxi or uber with no luck for 2 hours.

Nothing, they either let me reserve a car they didn't have or they gave my reservation to someone else. I never got a car until it was too late and I bought a plane ticket.Maybe save reserved cars for people that make reservations? Or better yet, don't make claims you have zero cars when in fact you do. It's pretty stupid to have cars just for one way and cars just for round trips. I guarantee it's not a lot of people that take cars for one way. You have employees that can take cars to different locations if need be.

Quick return of car. Price.Car cleanliness. Had not been vacuumed or anything. Stains on the seats. Payment was strange and had to wait for the Hertz staff member to get phone approval for the charge from the Hertz rental's bank. It was strange and I was nervous about why it happened for such a small charge.

People at the Hertz Counter at MBS airport were fantasticthe car had mechanical issues with the tires and traction. the worst thing was the smells in the car, the car had a smoker in it previous to my rental, cigar and weed smoker and the car reeked of those smells. In addition to that the rental location has overdosed the car with liquid air freshener in an attempt to cover up the smoke. It overwhelmed my sinuses and I was unable to exchange the car it was horrible

The staff at both locations was amazing. Very helpful and on top of it.The car was awful, it was the absolute worst car I have ever driven as a rental. I will never buy a Nissan. Poor choice to put in as a rental. Car has trouble handling over 70 mph, uncomfortable and super annoying.

Not a return customerThe Nissan Maxima the car I got for the ride home.I didn’t like The dead battery on the Ford Fusion hybrid while I was in Myrtle Beach parking lot of my condo. AND Returning car on Easter Sunday to find no one at the Hertz counter in Freeland airport. No sign, no help (not even a number to call) with lots of questions. Had to call 3 people to get help.

They gave our car away - no carDisappointedOur flight was delayed, they gave our car away and had no cars to rent. We had to find another option. Hertz will no longer be my second choice for car rentals. I will ask my team to not rent from Hertz. Sorry but we were stranded and no help.

The great part of this is the size of the Saginaw/Midland/Bay City Airport. The car rental counters are on the right side of the small terminal building as you're on your way out, and the cars are just outside the door there. Pick up and drop-off could not have been easier. The man attending the Hertz/Dollar counter was helpful and friendly.

Dollar Rental Is NOT real!!!!!NothingHow I waisted my time and money to go rent a vehicle at a business that didn't even exist. I was beyond furious. I got a ride there to pick up the vehicle. It was an hour drive to get there. Just to find out the place literally does not exist.
