Cons:The vehicle was booked with basic insurance but once the car was to be collected Budget requested me to pay the basic insurance again. So this was paid twice. Tax Invoice from Budget not yet received.Reviewed 2019 Nov 22

Pros:they charged me extra for my reservation, stuff at pickup was rude and when I asked about his supervisor he told me that there is no supervisor, drop off was easy stuff was friendly, but it looks like they charged me twice for the tool road, I paid cash 86 Dirhams and I see that they charged my bankCons:My reservation was total $119.00 and I see that they charge my account for $144.00, they charged me 86 Dirhams for tools which I paid cash and now I see that they also charged my credit card for $23, which is worrying me.Reviewed 2019 Jun 19
