This was my first and last time with Hertz, bad customer service. I had booked my Car and paid 2 weeks before and when I went to get the Car they said Car is not available. Also, this was all when they made us wait for 30 minutes.Reviewed 2025 Nov 08

Waited at the counter upon return to "inquire" about tax benefits (in Dubai) and a copy of the final receipt - to include "any possible tickets/fines and amount of tolls (if any)" - waited at the counter for 45 minutes - in order for them just to say that they could not provide ANY of this information - simply due to the fact that I reserved and paid for the car online via Kayak - which is ridiculous. In addition - it people who were picking up cars, appeared to have priority over people who were returning cars - as they already have your money.Reviewed 2021 Dec 06
