Smooth process. Only issue was the agent’s hard sell for insurance. He quoted a price for a week I thought acceptable and said he’d give me a better car with low mileage, then I found out it was for a day, not a week. He then gave me another car with high mileage.Reviewed 2026 Apr 28

I hate MG and actively avoid selecting any MG. They are terrible cars. This rental there were only MGs available despite there being the appearance of choice at booking. There was a kia sportage or similar in a separate price/offer from the MG HS at the booking page. I chose the kia and got the MG with no other option available at collection.Reviewed 2024 Nov 29
