Budget have con artist employees. Budget never gave me the car of choice offered an upgrade the car was previously in a car accident the car had dents all over it. The front left tire had a bulged and I was charged to replace the tire. No email or bill was provided to give a breakdown of the cost. There was no manager was available at the time of drop off. When I collected the vehicle.The car had a fish odour. The gentleman used may a whole bottle of Victoria secret to try to get rid of the scent. No other vehicle was available.
