Pros:I like nothing about my car rental experience. First I requested a minvan, but got a car. The cars are poorly maintain. I had to return one car to get another but there were both junks. The service was so slow you could have gone to bed and still didn't miss anything.Cons:Obviously, the condition of the cars. Making sure that what is requested is what one receive. The staff should be train to understand when one just completed a flight that maybe be long and tiresome from delays and the woes of traveling, to reach their final destination, customer wants to go!Reviewed 2019 Jul 27

Pros:The staff was friendly and kindCons:The check in took a while. The car was old and not well maintained. The headlights were not properly aligned, and so I had to drive with the high beam on during the night. The engine was not properly tuned and raced, thus using a lot of gas. "Luxury SUV"?Cons:we've been traveling with 2 kids (both with car seats) and 3 adults on bad roads (mountains in Jamaica). For that, we wanted to have a larger, more comfortable car. We have booked car in category of "Luxury SUV" with description of "Mitsubishi Pajero or similar". What we got instead of Suzuki Vitara in a very basic configuration. No camera for reversing, no USB or bluetooth support for radio... Description and reality turned out to be two completely different things.Reviewed 2018 Nov 20

This was very poor service. I ordered a Toyota and was presented withPros:Absolutely NOTHING except for the fact that the vehicle moved. It would have been good to let me know prior that you didn’t have what I requested but instead presented with the Suzuki rubbish. In addition, I was not given the total value of the rental and was told that I had to pay in advance of US$1000.00. Budget should be ashamed of themselves as the price they charged I could have received what I wanted with your rivals.Cons:The attendant was so dismissive of my concerns. Unfortunate Chain of EventsPros:I was actually able to rent a car from this company as Enterprise could not fill my reservation when I arrived at the airport.Cons:My initial reservation was with Enterprise. When I arrived at the airport, I was advised that no cars were available at Enterprise. I was advised that I should talk with the other rental companies to see if they could honor my reservation. NEEDLESS TO SAY, Budget was my only option. Paid more money for a car that was in terrible condition. Never again.Reviewed 2018 Jul 26
