Rental counter is in a TENT across the parking lot. It was raining quite hard when we arrived and there was no way to get to the counter except to walk across the lot. I have had knee surgery and didn't want to slip. When i asked the attendant if there was a shuttle he laughed and told me I could walk there. I am sosrry- how is this ADA compliant at an airport?? Also there were people in wheelchairs and walkers on my flight. Low score on location set up.HIgh score on actual car! Loved my brand NEW Toyota Camry and the new car smell was intoxicating!Reviewed 2022 Sep 30
