What I did like was the counter attendant, Dan, good guy, easy to work with. The first car I was supposed to rent had an overpowering smell of marijuana. I spoke with Dan and he quickly got me another vehicle. Much appreciated his helpReviewed 2025 Jun 26

Pick up was fast and easy. Staff was very helpful and answered any questions I had. The truck was clean and rode good. The only issue i do not like is the fact I am still waiting on my deposit to come back! Everywhere else i have ever got a rental from the deposit goes right back on your card soon after you drop off. It's been a few days and still no deposit! That actually worries me being this was my first time using Dollar rental. Even when I dropped off the truck the lady at the desk said she is going ahead and releasing my deposit back to me but I have not received it so where is it?? 🫤😟Reviewed 2025 Jun 25
