Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful, both on pick up and drop off. Easy access, no waiting - MUCH better than other airports. Thankful Enterprise had the vehicle we requested. . . understanding that is not always the case.Cons: Not a thing.

Bait and switch, be thoroughPros: The people who work at your location on 24th st were very patient with me and almost made up for what I believe is an illegal bait and switch scheme.Cons: I put in my pickup location on kayak as PSC, which is the Pasco Wa airport. I arrive at the pasco airport enterprise counter only to find out that I booked my reservation for the enterprise location 1.5 miles away (even though i put the airport in as my pickup location), and that their policy doesn't allow them shuttle people in between ocations. My options were to pay for a cab to enterprise, or pay more money for a worse vehicle than what i booked because the full size vehicles were out of stock at the airport. Convenient hey, how i put in the airport code where i want to pick it up and then get told my only options are to pay more money than what I booked. I walked to the other location, in my suit, after a flight. It was a short flight, but that doesn't make it any more comfortable for a 6'6" person. I will only be booking car rentals with enterprise and kayak in emergencies from now on because I believe they both lack integrity and don't care about the consumer.

Not very impressedCons: I have rented or tried to rent from enterprise twice in the last week. The first time, I got there to pick up the car and was told that on order to party with a debit card I would need to also provide proof of residence and proof of income. This meant trying to hunt through my email for a utility bill and a pay stub while being stared set by a grumpy staff member. This is the kind of information that really should be provided before the customer gets to the store. I don't love the policy to start with but I could plan accordingly if I knew ahead of time. While I was there I heard them on the phone with someone else telling them it would be no trouble to pay with a debit card. I hope that person came prepared somehow knew they would need to bring a lot of extra paperwork. The second time I tried to rent from them, I successfully made an online reservation only to be called back within 10 minutes to be guild they actually wouldn't have a car for me until hours after the original pick up time. Unfortunately that wouldn't work for me so I made other arrangements. I probably would not try to rent from them again because it was such a hassle the first time and completely unreliable ther next. Also I didn't particularly like the car they gave me which wouldn't have been a big deal except that everything else was so frustrating.

Pros: Because we have not rented a car in Pasco, we had a hard time finding the car. Once we figured that out, everything was OKCons: Pick up in Portland was kind of the same. The person in the front office didn't enter my whole name, just the first and middle name. because of that, Discover didn't recognize the name and the number, the card was blocked. I called the 800# and the Discover person resolved it immediately.
