Pros: The staff was friendly at te pickup, pickup was very easy!Cons: The return! Their parking garage is next to another one, and their was not well marked. There was no number or address, so initially I went to the wrong. It ierally took 20 minutes to get back to the right now. Please put your address on your entrance!!!

Pros: did not work with Alamo staff at pick up. other persons desk. Told us to go to row 3 pick a car, do not come back. what? only 3 cars there and 3+ people looking for a car. Thought we were getting a Rav4 but ending with a VW GOlf (not impressed, need wheel work).Cons: Got what we thought we were paying for.

Pros: Nothing.Cons: The rental agent was entirely off. He intended to block my credit card because I was not aware of the 300 security deposit. When I called the 1-800 number, I was informed that the security deposit would be 200, but at the counter office, it was different. Initially, I had reserved the car for two days; I let the agent know that I was only aware of the 200 security deposit because I made sure I had prepared we'll before planning on renting a car. I even asked him to show me where it says it's 300 on the website, but he couldn't. My total for the two days was 575, including the security deposit. My card didn't go through. I let him know it won't go through and that he should just rent out for a day, then he took my credit card. He swiped it four times and said it was still declining. At that point, I wanted just not to rent any further. But I said, let me call my bank to see what's happening, my banker informed me that the agent swiped my card for 575 instead of 436(for one-day rental). I went to meet the agent; he then asked me: did you top up your credit card, and is it cleared from blocks? Was that his intention when he was swiping my card severally and unnecessary. I told him exactly what the banker said, and he wasn’t embarrassed about it either. He kept on typing, and I asked, you’re just renting me a car; you’ve already imputed my personal information. What else are you typing? Why are you delaying my precious time? And so I also noticed the manager stepping out, and so did the agent probably talk about me, but that’s not my concern, I wasn’t in alamo because of those entities, and I did not care about how they rated me. I just needed to rent a car and go on my road trip vacation and return it in safe hands as I got it. My entire experience could have been much better. It is my first-time horrible experience at the alamo. And then, the car was dirty. Bear in mind we’re in a pandemic situation. What happened to protect customers? Truly a horrible experience.

Cons: Had to reschedule my flight but Thrifty wouldn't let me reschedule the car rental. I knew it was non-refundable but I didn't want a refund, I just wanted to push it back a few weeks. Total waste of $150, I'll never use Thrifty again.

Cons: Thrifty charged me for what I had already paid to Kayak/Priceline. Ive basically spent $1000 on something that shouldve costed $400. I have entered talks with Priceline to have Thrifty pay me back but until then Id recommend people to avoid this stuff

Pros: It was very easy picking up and dropping off the car. The car was in good condition and clean.Cons: I feel like I got tricked into purchasing insurance twice. Since I purchased my rental through Kayak, I opted to buy their insurance since it was fairly priced. When I was picking up my car, the attendant asked for my CC and I thought it was to run it for the rest of the rental payment. Instead I was asked about basic, full, or premium insurance, in which I said I had the basic and was charged an additional $77. I didn't realize at the time that this was a separate item... I'm hoping to get a refund but wanted to make people aware of this so they don't fall for it too.

Pros: Staff fine, Staff helped with the issue, car performed very nice.Cons: First car was stickered as cleaned, but smelled like a lit cigarette, there was even ash on the center console. terrible. 2nd car - performance was fine, also stickered as cleaned but the door had mud on the top, dust most everywhere and the inside windshield was dirty

Pros: Employee at the exit was excellent. He helped me remove the lights on the dash, adjust my seat, & set my bluetooth.Cons: Where to start? I picked up the car late in the rain and there was so much water around the vehicle that I couldn't check it out for dents. Emergency road service that I needed the next day was non-existent, even after an hour on hold. This crucial problem with key was never resolved. In a separate issue, tire pressure was low after a few days.

Pros: Staff was friendly and apologetic, and did attempt to remedy the situation by offering other vehicles that were available.Cons: I made a reservation several hours in advance, only to drive an hour to the pick up location and find there were not actually any vehicles (pick up truck) available. Unfortunately, I really needed that specific type of vehicle so I was forced to leave empty handed.

Pros: the vehicle i rented was really nice.Cons: you guys charged me for $110 for a qt of gas . that stealing. How the hell will i ever rent a car hear when y'all abuse people on the gas. Again, i returned it 3/4 full and got charged $110 for a 1/4 gallon of gas. Thats horrible service. I will never rent again with you guys. EVER!

Pros: The car was fine, when I actually got to the rental place was fairly quick. But was completely ruined by what could have gone betterCons: The airport shuttle and ability to communicate with someone once the flight landed. Waited for 35 minutes only to watch every other shuttle bus come and go 3 times. When you call the number there is no way to reach any one at the location because it goes to a central booking even though it’s a local number.

Pros: The car interior seemed very clean.Cons: My final bill was twice the amount I was quoted when booking via Kayak. I asked questions about this with the in-person Budget employee at the counter when picking up my vehicle, and I didn’t receive any acceptable justification. I was told the insurance I purchased on Kayak was invalid, and that I was required to purchase the insurance Budget offered. I was offered a more fuel efficient vehicle, different from the one I’d booked in advance. I asked if there was a price difference and was told no. Turns out, there was a price difference, and the new insurance I was “required” to have was listed as optional on the rental agreement receipt that was printed out and given to me at the counter. This cost me an additional $150. Perhaps this was all due to Budget’s deceptive business practices and dishonest employees and nothing bad by Kayak, but what could have been better was more transparency of information that might have not cost me an extra couple hundred dollars.

Pros: Fairly prompt shuttle pick-up.Cons: We were told there would be a 10 minute wait “for the car to be serviced”. Waited 15 minutes and the car was filthy inside and hadn’t been washed outside. It did have gas - I guess that was the”service”.

Pros: Friendly staff.Cons: The vehicle REEKED of cigarette smoke. It also made some sort of odd sound when accelerating or slowing down. Finally, when picking up, I waited five minutes in line, at 10pm, just for a counter person to arrive.

Pros: The car was clean and the pick up and drop off process easyCons: I don’t understand why Enterprise won’t let you use a debit card unless you have a booked flight. How does it make sense that a credit card is better than a debit card? I did not have a credit card on me and had to book a flight on the spot just to be able to get my rental

Pros: Pick-up with an Avis Preferred reservation took 1 hour and 45 minutes. Cars were available. Only one counter agent working. A second agent abruptly left.Cons: Will never rent Avis at this location again. No excuse for a nearly 2 hour wait when they had cars available. Understaffed and antiquated computer system for rental agreements. Horrible customer service.

Pros: NothingCons: The van was a Chevy feel like a cargo van, not Ford Transit like the passenger van. Mechanically, it was not safe to drive; shaking badly when braking, wiper blades were bad and noisy, steering wheel was not centered like it needed an alignment.

Cons: The car I was assigned was filthy inside and out. It didn’t look as if it had ever been cleaned, with stains old and new on the seats, and the door handles were all crusty. The windshield washer alarm was saying the fluid was low. I definitely expect a rental car to be clean and ‘topped off’.

Not your usual national rental.Pros: Car comfort was good with good features.Cons: Car was not thoughourily cleaned inside. Some misc wrappers,trash and someone's iPad case was left in my car rental. My biggest beaf with all national rental in Dulles is their car wash leave the car looking unclean. Either it uses way too much soap or the rinse doesn't work. must say this my first tainted experience with national.
