Full economy, quick service for both pick-up and drop-off, quiet car. The car had a high-frequency vibration at highway speeds. All tires need to be spin-balanced and alignment checked. Directions for the drop-off point were misleading, with contradicting paperwork giving a street address in one place and terminal in another. Enterprise was in a different location than most of the other agencies (poor signage didn't help).Reviewed 2022 Dec 31

the staff at the office was very friendly and helpful, there was an issue with my credit card magnetic stripe and they worked hard to resolve the issue. the car was clean, there were several different models to choose from and the pickup and return process was very convenientReviewed 2022 Aug 15

Pros:Friendly staff.Cons:The vehicle REEKED of cigarette smoke. It also made some sort of odd sound when accelerating or slowing down. Finally, when picking up, I waited five minutes in line, at 10pm, just for a counter person to arrive.Reviewed 2020 Sep 29

Pros:The car was clean and the pick up and drop off process easyCons:I don’t understand why Enterprise won’t let you use a debit card unless you have a booked flight.
