I like the fact that they dont charge for mileage and the van was clean but it rode like a tank ,maybe to much air in the tires and you couldnt open the sliding door on the passenger side and i love the easy return operation.This was my first time and i will rent again from enterprise because they always have vehicle available.Thank youReviewed 2023 Oct 17

Pros:Friendly staff.Cons:The vehicle REEKED of cigarette smoke. It also made some sort of odd sound when accelerating or slowing down. Finally, when picking up, I waited five minutes in line, at 10pm, just for a counter person to arrive.Reviewed 2020 Sept 29

Pros:The car was clean and the pick up and drop off process easyCons:I don’t understand why Enterprise won’t let you use a debit card unless you have a booked flight.
