I always rent with dollar when I travel to Honduras, Their excellent service, professionalism and honesty is what has kept me coming back to them. I have never had an issue once I travel back to the U.S or they try to charge me more. I recommend Dollar car rental!Reviewed 2026 Feb 17

Front desk people were nice and apologetic about what happened! They told me once I made it to South Carolina that they had no cars available, they overbooked and that I’d have to find another vehicle! Highly recommend using TURO!!Reviewed 2026 Feb 16

Although I reserved a car and checked-in prior to arriving, Dollar did not a car available when I arrived. It was a sad scene. At 1am, about a dozen customers were in the same position. No cars were available. Staff were indignant, unhelpful, and rude. I will never rent from Dollar again. I highly recommend that no one ever rent from this facility ever again.Reviewed 2026 Feb 14

Terrible. We had to get a different car and wasted half a day of our vacation picking up a new one and they sent us to the wrong location initially.Reviewed 2026 Feb 07

IT WASN'T DOLLAR!! DOLLAR KNEW NOTHING ABOUT US. Expedia/Kayak made the reservation with DRIVE rent a car but insisted to us it was Dollar. Wasted over a hour chasing around to figure that out. This is NOT Dollar's fault. It is Expedia/Kayak faultReviewed 2026 Feb 01
