The express pick up process was confusing and could have been much more smooth. I’ve done the express pick up on an app before and it was easy and clear. But with Dollar at Logan, the app didn’t provide clear instructions on where to go so I ended up standing in a short line. Overall it was a fairly quick but I paid the extra money to skip the counter, which was definitely not worth the extra cost.Reviewed 2026 May 13

15 customers waited 1 1/2 hours for a car! It was unbelievable. People were furious! Many had meetings and events that they were going to be late for.
