The pick up experience was terrible. There was a situation with flight cancellations, from what I heard other customers say, which affected the pick up times of several customers. This was not communicated by any of the Dollar management team. As a result, many customers were left wondering what was happening with the bottleneck at the booth. The Dollar employees at the booth were inundated with frustrated customers who did not have their vehicles. Upper management should have communicated clearly as to why this was happening. For a positive, I liked the ease of drop off when I returned my vehicle.Reviewed 2026 Aug 26

I likes the price, didn't like how the car wasn't clean at all covered in dead bugs and dirt. Didnt like getting a sports car when I rented an suv. Should be ashamed giving such a dirty car to paying customer first thing I did was take it to the car wash spend 30 bucks with a brush scrubbing all the dead bugs off of a car I just paid 1000 bucks for .Reviewed 2026 Aug 24

Rented for one price. Tried to extend. WEBSITE DOESNT WORK!!! Why send a link for extension that won’t work? Went To rental office to extend and rate changed dramatically! That sucks! Overall value turned Out to be mediocre at best. Could have beat the rate elsewhere. Rental office is Hertz and dollar. I reserved in advance, then showed up and after waiting in line for too long was met with a number of taxes and fees that more than doubled my cost. I was offered the chance to pay to upgrade to a different vehicle (at a good rate!) then when I said no thank you I was told my preferred vehicle was actually not available but they could upgrade me for free to one of the same vehicles I had just declined paying to upgrade to, which seemed deceptive. I will not use Dollar to rent a car again. Duplicitous, deceptive pricing, didn’t have my reserved car.Reviewed 2026 Aug 22
