Poor customer servicePros:The car was clean and new.Cons:Due to some emergency, I asked if I can drop-off the car at a different location. They charged me some 300 dollars extra for that inspite of taking the car for a month.Reviewed 2017 Mar 16

Pros:Employee was courteous.Cons:When I arrived my reservation, that I had changed earlier was not known by the person I talked to. So, the car was not ready and they gave me a Jeep, which I wanted, that had not been cleaned out well or washed. The mud from the person before me was still on the car and in the car. The Dollar Just HertzPros:I really liked how cheap this rental was, and how hassle-free the pickup and return was.Cons:I did not like that the Dollar booth was closed, so we had to walk back to the Hertz booth. It was a minor inconvenience, but it all worked out though.Reviewed 2016 Jul 18
