Horrible. Showed up and they didn’t have a car for me. Then they charged me a no show fee. Had to call multiple times to get the fee refunded

Horrible. Bait and switch. Needed to change drop off location due to flight change and they were 100% unwilling to work with me whatsoever. And tried to charge me an additional $500 to change the location by 15 miles. Ridiculous. Never. Never. Never. Again.

While booking, there were 2 managers specials advertised for this location. One that was for a fully electric car, and one that said determined at pickup. I knew an electric car wouldn’t work for the distance I needed to travel, so I selected the option that didn’t state fully electric. However, when I arrived they told me that the manager’s specials were only electric and that there were no gas vehicles available at the rate I had booked, and it was $25 more per day plus taxes and fees to get the only gas vehicle they had available. If it had been stated more clearly at booking that all of the manager’s specials could be fully electric, I would have made a different decision at the time of booking. Otherwise though, the staff was friendly.

Everything was fantastic, smooth and comfortable! Renting through Kayak was easy. Picking up the rental easy and everyone was kind, patient, and professional. The rental wassuper nice! I definitely recommend the Kia Soul! It was a smooth ride up and down the mountains! Then, dropping of the car went just as well as picking it up! Everyone was so nice! Thank you!

Pros:

It was a bit busy, but staff worked fast to try and get everyone out. So customer service was okay. I liked that they were working to serve everyone.

Cons:

Cars need to be cleaned between customers. If I did not need the car for only a few hours and I didn't already spend 45 minutes checking the car out, I would not have accepted that car. "Enhanced cleaning" had a lot of dead bugs all over the front of the car and dirt and rocks in the truck bed. Like lots of dirt and rocks. Enterprise does not care for repeat customers.

The cleanliness of the car was disgusting!!! I had to be given another car which was much better than the first car. The return of the car was ridiculous as there were no place to return it other than on the streets. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The only thing that was right was the assistant manager Ryan K. he was kind and really did a good job in making me the customer satisfied. His customer service and his alone was excellent!! He needs a bonus, you should hire more people like him who are willing to keep customers happy.

Steve was great! I had a nightmare-ish experience with the people at the airport Avis, so I’m so glad I got to experience the customer service given by Steve. He was attentive, kind, and conversational. He was also so speedy in getting our paperwork done and keys in our hand, and dropoff was just as easy. Thank you for making our trip so stressfree!

Love the fact that if you had family members traveling with you like mother or father you were able to put them as a second driver for free. Very accommodating easy to talk to when I had an issue they were trying to solve it as fast as they could. I would say to definitely check their maintenance record a little bit more the first car I got the cruise control needed maintenance the second car I got wasn't as of impressive but you knew that it was due for a couple oil changes unless they didn't put stickers in the window

They didn't have the car I reserved - gave me a pick-up truck which was fun. But I questioned if it would be more expensive re gas. She said it would be comparable. It was not- it was very expensive for gas. I plan to complain to Budget directly.

They were friendly and efficient. The only complaint at this downtown office was they were low on cars when I arrived at 1030am. My initial rental, a Toyota Corolla, was not available and the option I was offered was a Dodge Ram dual cab pickup. While it was roomy and very plush, my gasoline budget was about twice what it should have been. Also, it made me nervous parking and maneuvering such a large vehicle .

When I pick up the car the fuel level was half but the girl mentioned in paper full but before pick up I tell her check your level was half she check and gave me other paperwork but she didn’t update in system when I returned that car at returning point guy told me you didn’t putt full fuel when I show him pictures for the fuel level and show him prof then him agree but they wasted my valuable time so please everyone check you vehicle before leaving all scratched and fuel levels

I paid last week with a Debit card on Priceline and p use my credit card for budgets deposit. This week I couldn't do either one because you idiots Priceline wouldn't let me pay in advance
