There was a long wait to pick up the car, the customer service agent was clearly irritable and rude, the car smelled funny, the car was given to me with sand in the trunk, and I am currently fighting the company on falsely charging me for a cleaning fee. The entire rental experience was a big headache and I’m very disappointed. I would very much appreciate if my time or wrongly charge fees could be reimbursed.Reviewed 2026 Sept 21

Horrible service. Waited 90 minutes to get car. Outside in sun, no bathrooms. Car was a 15 year old Jetta with soiled seats, headliner falling out. Upon return they asked me to vacuum sand from the beach out of back seat. waited outside in sun with no bathrooms for another hour just to return vehicle.Reviewed 2025 Jul 02

One of the tires had a leak and we had to re-inflate each morning. The key fob didn't work and we could only lock/unlock the car manually. The Bluetooth/stereo would freeze and re-boot every 10 or 15 minutes of driving, the drivers seatbelt didn't automatically retract anymore and there were random pills in the door pocket when they gave us the car.... If Kayak had disclosed the rental company before booking, I would have gone with someone else. The car was cheap though so at least I saved some money.Reviewed 2025 Apr 13

The price was great The pick up service at the airport was great!! The facility is a bit shady!! The agent was harsh and borderline rude! She made it clear we would be responsible for any damage- they dont deal with insurance companies! I called our insurance agent who advised we return it due to the policy concerns! We noticed damage halfway into the week- never pointed out to us which caused a good amount of stress! Thankfully I learned that my credit cards covers damage and in the end we were not liable! I guess I should've known economy means cars not good, it got me around but I guess I got my wish but the car seemed rickety and about to fall apart, with approximately 71,000 miles what do I expect, but I really shouldn't bad mouth the company because hahaha I may use it again, sorry for telling the truth!!!!!Reviewed 2024 Oct 21

Prepaid rental. Delay in pickup as their shuttle was caught in a traffic accident. They charge a fee if you are late but don't tell you, they just charge your card.Reviewed 2024 Oct 15
