I waited for over 2 hours in line to pick up my vehicle at Avis only to find that none were available. After waiting another 30 minutes, they were able to find me a vehicle. So 2.5 hours of my prepaid vehicle were already gone. Then upon return, I attempted to refuel the vehicle but the gas door would not unlock despite numerous attempts so I was unable to refuel it. This is apparently a known problem on my vehicle (a Kia K5) and could have been a major safety concern if we were left stranded far away from our hotel because of an inability to refuel our vehicle.Reviewed 2024 Nov 09
