The price was great The pick up service at the airport was great!! The facility is a bit shady!! The agent was harsh and borderline rude! She made it clear we would be responsible for any damage- they dont deal with insurance companies! I called our insurance agent who advised we return it due to the policy concerns! We noticed damage halfway into the week- never pointed out to us which caused a good amount of stress! Thankfully I learned that my credit cards covers damage and in the end we were not liable! The first car we got didn't run properly and the 4wd didn't seem to work. The replacement car also didn't run very well and it got a flat tire. The third car we got was great - no problems. The staff were alsways willing to help and were very friendly. the insurance costs were outrageous.Reviewed 2025 Jan 04
