The experience was horrible. To pick up the car I had to wait about 45 minutes because there was one clerk in about 30 people in line. The clerk was not happy. She was very rude and then the car as soon as we got in needed an oil change And didn’t come with formats. It was just not a good experience would never rent from that rental hub again.Reviewed 2025 Apr 25

Make it very clear that the renter must bring the physical credit card they used to make the booking in order to make the deposit. I never use my physical card anymore and because I didn't have it, I could not use my booking. That sucked.Reviewed 2025 Apr 23
