The car was dirty, it had gotten a quick wipe down but there was old lettuce and candy and other dirt and grim left for us to deal with. The gas tank wasn’t full, and when we dropped it off we had filled it to the same level it was when it was picked up and still got charged for gas.Reviewed 2025 Apr 13

Pros:I liked the roominess of the vehicle. The ability to connect my Android device to the HUD via bluetooth or USB was very helpful.Cons:I don't love the RAV4's Ecoboost(?) feature. It felt like the car stalled at every stoplight, and the gas pedal wasn't very responsive then would jump after pressing hard.Reviewed 2020 Jun 18
