Pros:The pickup was not at the Appleton Airport. I landed and went straight the Hertz counter and was told that I rented from Hertz half a mile down the road. They told me they could not change the rental and that I'd need to get an Uber to take me to the other Hertz location. I could however return the rental to the airport location. I won't rent from Hertz again and I will tell everyone I know about this experience.Cons:They could have switched the rental or at the very least given me a ride to the other location. I had to pay my Uber driver $10 for the inconvenience that Hertz caused me.Reviewed 2020 Oct 28
