Pros:The employees were nice and wanted to accommodate my needs.Cons:My vehicle was not ready when I arrived, they were sanitizing it. Then they didn't have the class of car that I had made my reservation for and it wasn't available at any other location in town. They even called and confirmed it the day before.Reviewed 2020 Aug 10

Pros:Nothing. The staff at Enterprise in Springfield was extremely unhelpful. I was never even able to rent a car, and had to refund the insurance I paid for.Cons:When I showed up to Enterprise, they told me they had no cars available (despite my reservation). They left me stranded for 2 days as I awaited a car. I’ve never been so upset, angry, disappointed with a company. Ever. I’m a traveler from abroad so I was left abandoned because of their lack of prep.Reviewed 2019 Aug 11
