Pros:The car was really nice.Cons:The service at the pick up location was not that good. They rented me a car with an expired sticker on the plates and proceeded to tell me it must of fell off. Well that doesn't stop me from being pulled over twice and feeling embarrassed and slow my trip down. Also told me that the rental insurance that I purchased online was a scam and he could sell me his insurance for 24.99 a day. No thanks.Reviewed 2018 Jan 18

Great rental experience!Pros:Hertz has always delivered great value and superb service for me, whether business or personal rentals. This rental experience was exactly the same. Check-in was fast, no delays. The car was clean, topped off with fuel and ready to go. I had the vehicle for a one week rental. No problems, the vehicle had been serviced prior to my reservation and ran superbly all week. Definitely a fan of Hertz and a continuing repeat customer!Cons:I can't think of anything I disliked about this rental experience.Reviewed 2017 Mar 10
