Pros:Yes, staff was great, and pick-up and drop-off went smoothly. No surprises at anytime - that's always a good thing!Cons:The vehicle's air conditioning seemed to be effective only when moving at a good clip. Eldan is wonderfulPros:Elena rentacar, who manages enterprise reservations at TLV, is wonderful. They send a detailed price breakdown in advance, returns are super efficient and staff are friendly.Cons:Sometimes there is a lengthy wait to pick up the car as generally only one person staffs the booth, which manages several re tap companies.Reviewed 2018 Nov 09

Never againCons:Dirty, no customer support. Said there was an extra fee when I got to the desk. Paid about 3 or 4 times more than what I reserved online because of some BS forced insurance requirement.Reviewed 2018 Aug 18

Nice car.Cons:The agent was very pushy to sell extra insurance by scaring us that they can charge us up to the full cost of the car in case something goes wrong. I ended up charged twice the original amountPros:The lady at the front desk tried explaining the need for the increased amount. Tried...Cons:At the pickup desk I found out that instead of $329 it'll cost me $752. Why? hidden charges. Two type of un-mentioned insurances and another airport fee. The car was beat up and scratched with no mentioning of any damage on the pickup report. Good thing I pointed them out. The driver's seat was burnt with cigarettes.Reviewed 2018 Jan 08

Ignorant and rude staffPros:The car was clean and worked well. The car return was quick.Cons:The person who served us was new to his job and was clueless. He made numerous mistakes, which took forever to converge. Moreover, when we asked to talk to his supervisor, the supervisor was rude, nasty, and suggested that we leave without renting the car. In our 40+ years of renting cars we have never experienced this kind of behavior. Adding to this incompetence and rudeness, they both charged our credit card way more than is normally done, namely more than $5,000, in case we’ll have damage to the car. We will never rent with this company and we’ll tell all our family, friends and colleagues about our terrible experience with this car rental company.Reviewed 2018 Jan 01

Very poor car and serviceCons:To whom it may concern, I recently rented a car from your car rental in Tel Aviv Ben Gurion airport location on the 10/09 for a month and I have to say it was the WORST experience ever as the car we received was of such poor quality that we had to change the vehicle 3 TIMES over the month stay as it had such mechanical issues with it. I would really not recommend your car rental service to anyone and we didn't even receive a discount on our rental for the inconvenience this caused on our trip.
