all finePros:Nice price for what you get and easy going of reservation etc.Cons:Too small remarks: Reserved the car Saturday evening for pick up at Rue du Simplon. Went there but nobody was there yet and in the emd had to go to Place du Tunnel to get the car. Overloaded parking lot for drop off, leaves you feel a little bit uneasy to park the car there.Reviewed 2016 Oct 10

Lack of TransparencyCons:the surprise 50chf for mandatory insurance upon arrival was not appreciated. Your competitors list this up front and although your method got us to rent from you this time, this experience has left us with no desire to use Hertz in the future.
