Crew was great, service was good, flight went well. Originally, the flight was advertised with WiFi… including during check in… and nada.
Seats that recline. Ice for soft drinks. No charge for did drinks. Wifi.
Every one was attentive, the food was really very good . All and all was an excellent experience .
There was no enterteinment onboard. Food was good, and service too.
It was a short flight. It did leave about 15 minutes late but other than that everything went well!! There was no food service or entertainment so can’t comment on any of that.
When a flight has a delay of about an hour it is customary to announce the passengers
Flight was late leaving which made connecting in Athen very hard. Baggage took an hour to come out. Come on… for such a small plane. Need to step up your game Aegean!

aegean took off late, which made it impossible for us to make the next flight on air canada, we all ran to the terminal, the plane was still there but the air canada folks wouldn't let us board because they said the door was already closed. they told us we had to go all the way back to aegean desk to arrange another flight.
2 hours delay on the plane causing is to miss our connection
You need to be able to manage your employees effectively instead of letting them call the shots. Priority should be given to the convenience and interests of the customers—whom you simply couldn't care less about.
The crew members; the service, the food, everything was good. The check in process was terrible because I couldn't choose my seat. It made my waiting too long at the airport in Tel Aviv and at the end U've got the middle seat even though it was promised to me to give me the aisle seat. Each company gives the option to choose free seats during check in. I didn't have this option
NOTE: this flight is operated by TAROM It’s good, but the in flight entertainment wasn’t working
The service, the crew, the cleanliness, and most of all, the comfort and space between seats in the economy class was excellent! The seat spacing was better than all my international flights in recent memory.
I stood in line for two hours חודא to drop off my suitcase. When I arrived just before the gate closed and asked to drink the water I bought a minute before boarding, the flight attendant rushed me to throw away the bottle and get on the plane. She spoke rudely, even though I had been standing in different lines for 3 hours; I felt bad and needed water. The delay was the airline's fault, not my fault. I expected understanding, not rudeness.
The space between my knees and the chair in front of me was the smallest I’ve ever seen. I could not reach the blanket that was on the floor. The entertainment included very many Israeli movies and tv shows. The El Al app did not update to tell me the gate. The most important thing you should know is that El Al is very security conscious. Prepare to go through a security check at the gate. They look through the passport and boarding pass, through your carry on bags, ask questions, etc. Then they give you a sticker and only then can you board. So get to the gate about half an hour before you would otherwise.
Poor service! If I can I will never fly with them again.
Great quality food. clean cabin and bathrooms. Fast boarding and overall comfortable flight for the duration and times.
Great except that seats were delivered only at the gate
The crew was fantastic, and it was croweded but roomy enough. But the sandwich was horrible and no entertainment at all which is difficult in a flight of more than 4 hours.
Aircraft itself was ancient, and seat hardware was also very old and worn. Universal outlets puzzlingly only worked for Swiss outlet style. Some flight attendants were helpful and friendly, others were cold and distant. The boarding process was a mess. On the other hand, the food was excellent - best airline food I've ever had.
The chicken on the flight Boston to Zurich wasn’t very good. It was bland passable. Too much sugar in the Cole slaw. Cabbage is an amazing veg and can be much more crisp and alive. Flight attendants were Wonderful! Seats were a bit beat up but okay. In economy it was tight when the person in front learned back the screen became too close.
On time and my bag made it. My parents on British Air had their bag held/lost at LHR, so Swiss definitely won that contest.
There's no entertainment or food service. It was a good flight.
I’m still in Zurich because my British Airways flight was so delayed, I didn’t make the flight to Los Angeles yesterday.
Wonderful, i asked at front gate to change my seat up closer and they gave me a row with no one in it. Very kind of them as the flight was on the light side.
Crew is great and food is ok to good, but boarding is annoyingly slow, plane arrived late (this seems a repeated issue) and the plane is old with armrests which don’t fully rotate and entertainment which doesn’t accept external headsets and screens which don’t respond well to touch.
Flights on time and meals in plane would be greatly appreciated. On time flights is really important.
I am submitting this complaint regarding the way our reservation was handled and the significant financial and personal hardship it caused. The airline changed the departure time of our original flight, making it impossible for us to make our connecting flight. This was not caused by any action on our part. After the schedule change, we spent considerable time working with both the airline and the travel company to find a reasonable alternative itinerary. Unfortunately, no meaningful assistance was provided. Instead of accommodating us on another suitable routing, we were repeatedly told that our only option was to accept a refund. This was not a reasonable solution. We had purchased these tickets months in advance, and by the time the airline canceled our itinerary, airfare had increased dramatically. Because we had no workable alternative, we were forced to purchase completely new tickets with a different airline on a different route. The replacement tickets cost us approximately $2,000 more than our original reservation. In addition to the unexpected expense, the new itinerary was longer, less convenient, and caused us to lose an entire week of planned family visits. The financial loss, disruption to our travel plans, and countless hours spent trying to resolve this matter created an extremely stressful and disappointing experience. Throughout the process, we felt that the airline simply tried to push us toward accepting a refund rather than taking responsibility for the consequences of the schedule change or making a genuine effort to accommodate us. We respectfully request that this matter be reviewed and that the airline provide appropriate compensation for the substantial additional costs and losses we incurred as a direct result of the schedule change and the lack of reasonable assistance.
The flight did not take place because the flight was canceled and I still have not received a refund for the flight.
Flying business class but the experience is of economy class
Cancelled - booked on train; and then flights started running! I spent 5 hours with 2 changes on train while flights started and is 50 min

The flight was cancel and then changed the gate 3 times and nobody communicated to that change I don’t take any trips whit that company
More than 40 minutes of delay, the crew even didn’t apologize or explain the reason why we are late, no service for a short flight
The chairs are terrible on the plane, even though they are economy class the chair cushion should still be there, its a long flight its like sitting on a piece of wood.
Awful. Got charged full price for bags at the airport because there is no way to pay in advance even though it says you can. Plane wasn’t loaded with enough paper cups for the whole flight to even have water.
From New York to Tel Aviv, the flight was horrible unfortunately we were delayed standing in the aircraft for four hours, when we got off Tel Aviv, the belt was broken and we had to wait additional two hours for our suitcases. Finally, when I received my suitcases one of them was broken and when I got home the entire content all of my clothes and gifts were soaked in water, since they broke my suitcase and due to the fact that the suitcase was outside in the rain, I tried to contact arkia, but couldn’t get in touch. Also my suitcases was returned however they made me pay additional 100 shekel for a replacement and the suitcase that they broke was much more expensive than the one they replaced overall the experience from JFK to Tel Aviv was horrible, not comfortable by all means and to top it all up all of my gifts and content was soaked. I had to dry clean all of it.
As a low-cost flight, I understood that not all amenities would be included. However, booking through a Kayak agent rather than directly with the airline created significant issues. We were unable to add checked bags in advance and had to pay $140 per bag at check-in. We also couldn't select seats and were assigned to the last row. Most frustratingly, there was no customer support available—neither Arkia (who didn't answer phone calls or emails) nor AirfareAssist (who also didn't respond to emails) could help resolve these issues. Once aboard, the flight experience met expectations for a low-cost carrier. No complaints there. Recommendation: Book directly with the airline to avoid these third-party booking complications.

I wasn’t registered for the Flight Took them long time to approve Thanks god, the flight wasn’t full. After they approved to let me fly, they fight with me about luggage ( I paid in advance for 2) It was a nightmare The airplane was very dirty and I was very disappointed I will never fly with Arkia
This airline is known for shifting flights timetable, cancelling them altogether and overall you feel that you are in a charter flight (oh they do that too quite often). Rates aren't so cheap to make up for the overall experience so it is advised to mind the alternatives before booking.

Crew was super nice, boarding was fast (all trolleys were asked to be checked in), no entertainment at all, food - well, better if one brings ones own, and, surprisingly, they kept the schedule. This time around - 2 thumbs up.
I liked: Helpful, informative, pleasant crew. Could be Better: Check in. Stowage space General cleanliness especially toilets. Ugh!
It became a standard of this company to delay it's scheduled flights by hours! One to two days in advance, a notice of one hour delay is issued, then - at the airport, another 2 to 3 hours are occurring, at our outbound as well on our incoming flights. Be advised that this is to be expected. Furthermore - do not expect any transparency or explanation or just pure information from the company's reps on location, nor any other compensation or just a coupon for a snack or drink. It's probably just not part of the company's relation with it's clients.
