Well, as you know, we’ve had some problems getting flights to go out on time and my flight was canceled. And facing long lines I decided I’ll wait for it to settle down and go another time so Frontier refunded my money hotel zero refunded my money. what did the car company I contracted through? You do charge me money $200 to cancel a $350 reservation. Do you think I’m coming back to use you again?Reviewed 2026 Mar 24

Checked in online the day prior to pickup. Was then asked to check in again on my way to get the car. Went to the rental counter to check in. Gave my license to the counter employee and then after several awkward minutes of no communication from the employee I asked if everything was in order. “I can’t check you in because there are no cars ready”. I then asked how long my wait would be the answer was “I have no idea”. Fortunately the car was ready in about 10 minutes. I found the car and noticed the windshield was dirty and the smell of the cleaner they use was so potent that it gave me a headache on my 16 hour drive. Long story short the car wasn’t ready, the check in employee was borderline rude and the car smell was terrible. Other than that it was great!Reviewed 2026 Mar 22

Hertz did not have a car when I arrived at the start time of my reservation, and said it could be one or several hours before one showed up. I rented a car from a different agency instead. It then took 4 phone calls and 2 hours to get a refund. 0/10 experience.Reviewed 2026 Mar 21

After doing the paperwork at the indoor counter, I was told to go outside to the pickup area and told to take any SUV in a specific area. There was no one out there to assist me. I had to take the time to read the Nissan Rogue manual to understand how to use the various options especially the GPS mapping and after connecting my cell phone be Bluetooth, I could not get the mapping to display. I had to drive to my location holding my cell phone to view the map. It was the next day that I found out that I needed a cable connection to view the mapping. I am very disappointed with that type of SUV and will never buy one nor will I use Hertz again. At my return drop off there was no one there to scan the SUV back in. I did as others and left the SUV in the line with the FOB to get into the airport terminal on time. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE !Reviewed 2026 Mar 20
