Cons: The cleaning lady did not come in to clean when we asked her to come back after we left. She did not come back to later in the evening and she did not do a good job of cleaning.

Cons: For the price, we would've preferred a nicer view....when we booked it led me to believe we would have a view of the strip but when we got there, the front desk said they may not even have the Bella Suite at the Palazzo available. It was confusing. They finally made one available... but honestly this hotel is way too expensive. Not impressed. And that's sad...

Cons: The room service pepole for dining wasn't politely and after one hour when we called and asked for our food they told if you are not happy for delay you can cancel it . It was 10 pm so as we cancel the order as we had no other option and they did not care that we have 2 small kids . When we called to hotel front desk for problem and what happend they to kitchen is not their responsibility! So most important is gambling there than people who goes for vacation! Also they charge resort fee that don't make sense for$45/night and for more benefits they add tax also if you Google it you will see it is not fair .

Cons: I was woken up three times even though I had a late checkout. Unacceptable.

Cons: Smoking is very bad for lungs--too much smoke! the airconditioning was very cold--we had to put on sweaters. Too much of an extreme from outside to inside.

Cons: It's minor but window glass (outside) was dirty so views of the fountains a bit tough.

Cons: Our room was not very clean. There were two black moldy spots on the grout in the shower. There was a big Stain on the bath tub ledge. The woodwork under the sink was dirty. Piece of long hair on sheet in bed. Air conditioner didn't get cold enough in bedroom!

Cons: The dealers at that we had at the Casino part were not very fun both of ours never said a word. New York New York had a great group of dealers.

Cons: See comments above. But as noted Vdara should work on shutting down rooms and doing major updates and major cleanings to make the guest experience more better. Also the walk from your room to the strip can be long but that's no big deal and I would go back. As with all Las Vegas hotel the resort fee is ridiculous if you don't use any of the stuff related to it. You should be given the chance to be charged for what you use

Cons: The long walks from your room to the Vegas Strip. Also would like to see the rooms cleaned a little better. Purposely pulled back some sheets because they had many spots on them and when we returned they just remade the bed over. Also some faucets had heavy calcium buildup between the faucet. Instead of turning over room to fill them they need to just basically close rooms at times to do full cleanings like walls carpets and vents.

Cons: There were always trash bags lining the hallways all day long. Small pool (couldn't even find the workout room if there was one). Only way out to the strip is a long walk through Bellagio or tram to Aria-- couldn't even go straight through Cosmopolitan?-- very strange. Now we're paying for parking ($18/day at all MGM properties!) which may have been inevitable but still, haven't had to pay in 30 years of coming to Vegas. If Caesars properties aren't charging for parking, I'll stay at one of theirs next time, even at the higher rate.

Cons: We went on the weekend so it was too hard to get anything, all over crowded. Couldn't get a drink at a bar. Service was stretched and fairly poor. The pool was a joke, could not get into it and it was hot weather. This was really a disappointment, pointless staying at a hotel with a pool if you cant use the pool because its too crowded. Everyone doing hand to hand combat to get a lounge and staff no help. Really a case of too many rooms and under catered for in the hotel amenities.

Cons: no love it torn and dirty sheets beds were so frumpy you fall thru it plumbing makes gurgling noises when neighbours shower

Cons: My room floors were dirty and I would like some more exciting restaurants.

Cons: Room was okay but not satisfactory for the rate. No coffee maker in room and that was extremely dissappointing. Bathroom needed a remodel and all plumbing was not working well at all:( The room's location felt like a block away! Requested a room with view of the strip and got the roof where the electrical equipment is serviced. Very disappointing.

Cons: Nickeled and dimed; parking is not included, no soap in the hotel bathroom, three street tacos chips and a water cost me $21. This is rediculous. No $5 blackjack, had to leave to find decent gambling. Resort fees, but resort closed due to weather.

Cons: Housekeeping was an absolute joke. Leads me to believe that there is no communication between front desk and housekeeping. First night I check in, got a room with two queens. Almost jumped in to be to notice a big urine stain on the sheets. Thank God the second bed was clean so I slept in it. Oh did I mention the clump of long black hair on the ice bucket. Reported the issue the following morning and the girl removed the resort fees for two nights only to come back that evening to find the issue still glaring at me in the face. Reported the issue the following morning to the same girl I talked to the prior morning and this time all she offered was to remove one more nights resort fees (apparently as issues escalate the process to resolve the issue is to make the customer less happy). Much to my surprise I found the issue yet unresolved that evening when I returned to my hotel room. At this point I was thoroughly disgusted, what else wasn't cleaned in my room prior to me checking in and during my stay I wonder. Having found the issue unresolved I marched down to the desk to talk to someone that would give me more than a "We have done the most we can do" speech. I asked for a manager who too while apologetic had his hands bound with what he could do. When I asked him to go up to my room and see the issue for himself he informed me he had no idea that issue was unresolved for three days now. Eventually he pulled some strings and got me a ticket to a show and $50.00 credit for dinner. I work in the service industry and know that what most customers want is for the issue to be corrected and to some extent to be taken care of. After my first day that's all I wanted, I didn't ask for any money (company trip, company expense) so how hard is it to acknowledge a breakdown somewhere in the system, apologize and take care of the issue.
