Cons: Although I requsted the best view I was on the lowest floor with no view. I realize these things can't be guaranteed but I would have liked to have seen the strip from above. Other than that I enjoyed my stay!

Cons: Everything was amazing, there was nothing to dislike.

Cons: However, the location can be a huge crux as f you wanted to do anything on the strip, you need to catch a $15 cab at minimum. The restaurant inside the hotel also leaves MUCH to be desired, as breakfast was consistently half an hour for basic (orange juice / coffee) drinks - and a hour and a half wait for food. It was close to these times for all three times I gave it a shot as it was convenient.

Cons: When they provided a crib for us, the mattress was wrapped with a standard queen size sheet. Infant sheets are supposed to be snug fitting to the mattress. For safety, I would hope that the hotel can invest in making sure they have appropriate sheets for their cribs.

Cons: Only one thing with the room, which was such a small issue I didn't even raise it until checkout and only to inform rather than complain. I tried to watch a soccer match early on Sunday morning and the television kept shutting itself off every few minutes. Not sure if it was the set or the network. I assume they addressed it, but as I said, a small thing. Who goes to Vegas to watch much tv anyway? The only other possible annoyance is a matter of personal preference on my part. Valet parking is included in the room charge, and while there were no issues, I prefer to park my own vehicle, maintain custody of the key, and have access whenever I choose without checking in with the valet. Having said that, when I sent the text to bring my car, they respond immediately and it was in front of the hotel before we stepped off the elevator. It is just preference on my part to avoid a valet.

Cons: Clean room, excellent room planning, attention to detail, friendly personal.

Cons: My bathroom scale was in SI units rather than English....I had to convert my weight with the help of my phone. Major deal breaker! (Sarcasm).

Cons: Cigarette smoke in Vegas is a real issue. If you don't like your entire wardrobe smelling of cigarette smoke, I'd suggest one of the strictly non-smoking hotels.

Cons: Water was brown in wetbar

Cons: After checking out we were shocked to see that we were unnecessarily charged for 2 soft drinks from the minibar. We brought in our own water bottle & iced coffee & placed in the fridge, however, needed to move their bottled drink just to the side to place in its spot. Anyone would clearly see that its just to the side. The staff should be careful & pay more attention, just because the drink was moved it does not mean it was opened. Overall, our impression of the Cosmopolitan was awesome but disappointing and surprused that they would make such a small mistake. They should pay more attention and pay attention to your checkout bill as well.

Cons: Room air too dry, pillow too hard. I kept waking up every hour with a dry mouth.

Cons: Wi-Fi did not work, tv stations did not work, restaurants downstairs were very expensive.

Cons: $21 resort fee. We only stayed overnight and did not use any of the pool facilities.

Cons: The Hotel is a bit of a drive from the strip, however an Uber ride is about $15 and you can sleep soundly without the noise and lights all night long.

Cons: The hotel charged a separate $14 amenity charge per day for wifi, shuttle, print services even though I did not use it at all!! I did see the notice near the checkin counter. However, it was not clarified that the charge would be mandatory. I was upset about it. I would have preferred them to either include it during the reservation itself or make it clear during the checkin. This was clearly a hidden charge and I am clearly not happy about it.

Cons: Having shuttle to some of great sites in Las Vegas would of been nice but mostly everything else was satisfactory

Cons: Resort fees? It was a bit pricey for being as far from the strip. Make sure you know how far you will be traveling to go to the strip. Staff was curt and at times seemed annoyed.

Cons: Don Vito's Italian Restaurant was overpriced for the quality of food and service. We were seated and not greeted until my husband finally caught someone as the walked by over 10 minutes later. We then has an over cooked meal with poor service. We were a table of six middle-aged adults ordering premium cocktails and expensive wine (when we could get someone to serve our table). Our server took our order then disappeared unti it was time to bring the check. Thank goodness we had a wonderful bus boy who brought us our food.

Cons: The distance from certain locations but the hotel having a shuttle that can take you to the strip is very convenient.

Cons: Have to walk thru casino to get to most places, whic are not well vent and smell full of smoke. Bathroom looks kinda dirty with its tile color, and it is a little smelly.

Cons: Aria Cafe to be avoided, expensive, poor service having had all 3 meals there. Food of poor quality. Overall the hotel is ok but don't think it's value for money, resort fee is excessive as the pool is overcrowded and the gym closes at 8pm - seriously it's vegas and if I want to work out I shouldn't be constrained to timings - I was also welcomed by a rude gym attendant because I arrived late.

Cons: i just didn’t like that they hold 150$ per night on the card , if they can do it 100$ it’s fine as different hotel we stayed in before used to hold 100$ per night , the second thing is I didn’t like is the restaurants downstairs around the casinos close very early at 7 pm in weekdays , and the third thing is I didn’t like one of the security girl on the pool came talking and yelling at me because of the mask , this is first time to me there during this pandemic and i was following the rules for our safty first , but at the pool i just take it out coz i was putting some oil on my face then i wanna put the mask on but she came right a way and start yelling at me and my friend says what’s up with her like that , so as first time to me there in this pandemic and didn’t know that i have to keep the mask on unless if I’m actively eating or drinking or in the pool so she can talk in a different polite way more than tht if she can , we ordered drinks and whn we got the drinks i also removed my mask to drink then i put the drink aside, she came right a way and yelled again and said “ u have to hold the bottle in ur hand so people and i can see you have a deinks ...etc “ I appreciate all that hard work but she can really would talked in different way because I wasn’t really known wht is allowed or not for mask requirements, I didn’t go there to have an issue i just went to chill and relax this is why was so patient and calm and replied politely to her . Thank you again Stay all safe . 100% I recommend this hotel to others .

Cons: Smoking in the casino, but that is everyplace in Las Vegas.

Cons: The room was tired and had non-functioning equipment. TV didn't work, curtains didn't open or work and the room control unit was broken. Took almost two hours, employees banging on the door, phone ringing off the hook to get the thing fixed. I had a work meeting in the morning and this was horrible.

Cons: The hallways are long so expect to walk a distance to your room with only one set of elevators for the wingit services.

Cons: Kayak did not process the reservation properly, so I spent over 11/2 hrs of my vacation time trying to correct the issue Kayak created. I reserved and paid for 2 rooms and Kayak processed 1 room. This was a very stressful situation Kayak web site put me through and will not use the site again. The Aria room had 4 light bulbs out, which should have been checked by room service and on the second day all shampoo, soap was removed and not replaced. For the price the Aria charges, a guest would hope for better service, this is not a guest job to report light bulbs out and missing soap. But this was not as bad as the issue Kayak created for me.

Cons: Checking in was a bit of a nightmare. Granted it was a Friday night and it was busier than usual, but not as busy as it could have been, and I was in line for 45+ minutes. Once I actually got to a representative, I found out why. Despite telling her I was in a bit of a hurry and in town strictly for business, she spent a solid 10 minutes telling me about all the restaurants and amenities I told her up front I wouldn't be using. I'm a tech savvy 28 year old, but I thought the TV, smart pad, and checkout process were totally unintuitive and confusing. It made the simplest things tremendously over-complicated. The thing I liked least was that this hotel was just SOOOO big, and I get the whole "make you walk through the casino to get to your room" thing, but this was ridiculous. The casino is enormous, and intentionally laid out with the check-in, parking garage, and rooms in exact opposite corners. It was a 10 minute walk between each across a horribly confusing layout. During my business trip, I ended up staying 3 nights at the Cosmopolitan and 1 night at the Aria. If I could do it all over again, I would have paid the extra money to stay at the Cosmopolitan the extra night. The Aria had a kind of frantic and anxious atmosphere, where the Cosmopolitan had a very hip and relaxed but luxurious vibe. If you're torn between these two options, no question, go with the Cosmopolitan.

Cons: We had many issues: -Were issued a room in the price class that we specified during booking -We requested a room near the elevator, since my wife is pregnant.. they were not able to accommodate this -Our keys failed to operate on 4 occasions. -The call center was not capable of transferring call to the front desk. -The call center told my pregnant wife that I had checked out of the hotel, when she called to re-activate her broken key. -The hotel lied about credits issued to our bill over the phone and from the front desk in response to the other issues experienced. Management was unsuccessful at responding to or remedying any of the above issues. I would not recommend this hotel until they work out the management and technological kinks that are keeping it from being a great hotel.

Cons: They nickel and dime everything.... $30 extra charge for spa room usage, facility fee of $25 for pool usage, $20 for using the mini fridge to chill your beverage/food. This does not sound like a true luxury hotel. Also there was a LONG line for check in.
