Cons: Wish there were ceiling lights and that the exit door and bathroom door didn't close so loud.

Cons: No casino and no choice if restaurants

Cons: Jet tub would not stay on due to being glitchy

Cons: I had to change the first room because of the nearby rail track

Cons: Although I requsted the best view I was on the lowest floor with no view. I realize these things can't be guaranteed but I would have liked to have seen the strip from above. Other than that I enjoyed my stay!

Cons: Surprised such a nice hotel wouldn't partner with DirecTV. TV selection felt very dated. $25 + TX Facilities fee. Basically a just because it's the "Trump Tower Fee"

Cons: I made reservation for the spa and they lost my reservation. They would not fit me in. Staff was so rude

Cons: Ran out of some food items and bar items. Might have been a fluke. Not many bad qualities. Near the Wynn and treasure island but everything else needs a cab or uber.

Cons: Everything was amazing, there was nothing to dislike.

Cons: However, the location can be a huge crux as f you wanted to do anything on the strip, you need to catch a $15 cab at minimum. The restaurant inside the hotel also leaves MUCH to be desired, as breakfast was consistently half an hour for basic (orange juice / coffee) drinks - and a hour and a half wait for food. It was close to these times for all three times I gave it a shot as it was convenient.

Cons: When they provided a crib for us, the mattress was wrapped with a standard queen size sheet. Infant sheets are supposed to be snug fitting to the mattress. For safety, I would hope that the hotel can invest in making sure they have appropriate sheets for their cribs.

Cons: My bathroom scale was in SI units rather than English....I had to convert my weight with the help of my phone. Major deal breaker! (Sarcasm).

Cons: Aria Cafe to be avoided, expensive, poor service having had all 3 meals there. Food of poor quality. Overall the hotel is ok but don't think it's value for money, resort fee is excessive as the pool is overcrowded and the gym closes at 8pm - seriously it's vegas and if I want to work out I shouldn't be constrained to timings - I was also welcomed by a rude gym attendant because I arrived late.

Cons: i just didn’t like that they hold 150$ per night on the card , if they can do it 100$ it’s fine as different hotel we stayed in before used to hold 100$ per night , the second thing is I didn’t like is the restaurants downstairs around the casinos close very early at 7 pm in weekdays , and the third thing is I didn’t like one of the security girl on the pool came talking and yelling at me because of the mask , this is first time to me there during this pandemic and i was following the rules for our safty first , but at the pool i just take it out coz i was putting some oil on my face then i wanna put the mask on but she came right a way and start yelling at me and my friend says what’s up with her like that , so as first time to me there in this pandemic and didn’t know that i have to keep the mask on unless if I’m actively eating or drinking or in the pool so she can talk in a different polite way more than tht if she can , we ordered drinks and whn we got the drinks i also removed my mask to drink then i put the drink aside, she came right a way and yelled again and said “ u have to hold the bottle in ur hand so people and i can see you have a deinks ...etc “ I appreciate all that hard work but she can really would talked in different way because I wasn’t really known wht is allowed or not for mask requirements, I didn’t go there to have an issue i just went to chill and relax this is why was so patient and calm and replied politely to her . Thank you again Stay all safe . 100% I recommend this hotel to others .

Cons: Smoking in the casino, but that is everyplace in Las Vegas.

Cons: The room was tired and had non-functioning equipment. TV didn't work, curtains didn't open or work and the room control unit was broken. Took almost two hours, employees banging on the door, phone ringing off the hook to get the thing fixed. I had a work meeting in the morning and this was horrible.

Cons: The hallways are long so expect to walk a distance to your room with only one set of elevators for the wingit services.

Cons: Kayak did not process the reservation properly, so I spent over 11/2 hrs of my vacation time trying to correct the issue Kayak created. I reserved and paid for 2 rooms and Kayak processed 1 room. This was a very stressful situation Kayak web site put me through and will not use the site again. The Aria room had 4 light bulbs out, which should have been checked by room service and on the second day all shampoo, soap was removed and not replaced. For the price the Aria charges, a guest would hope for better service, this is not a guest job to report light bulbs out and missing soap. But this was not as bad as the issue Kayak created for me.

Cons: Checking in was a bit of a nightmare. Granted it was a Friday night and it was busier than usual, but not as busy as it could have been, and I was in line for 45+ minutes. Once I actually got to a representative, I found out why. Despite telling her I was in a bit of a hurry and in town strictly for business, she spent a solid 10 minutes telling me about all the restaurants and amenities I told her up front I wouldn't be using. I'm a tech savvy 28 year old, but I thought the TV, smart pad, and checkout process were totally unintuitive and confusing. It made the simplest things tremendously over-complicated. The thing I liked least was that this hotel was just SOOOO big, and I get the whole "make you walk through the casino to get to your room" thing, but this was ridiculous. The casino is enormous, and intentionally laid out with the check-in, parking garage, and rooms in exact opposite corners. It was a 10 minute walk between each across a horribly confusing layout. During my business trip, I ended up staying 3 nights at the Cosmopolitan and 1 night at the Aria. If I could do it all over again, I would have paid the extra money to stay at the Cosmopolitan the extra night. The Aria had a kind of frantic and anxious atmosphere, where the Cosmopolitan had a very hip and relaxed but luxurious vibe. If you're torn between these two options, no question, go with the Cosmopolitan.

Cons: We had many issues: -Were issued a room in the price class that we specified during booking -We requested a room near the elevator, since my wife is pregnant.. they were not able to accommodate this -Our keys failed to operate on 4 occasions. -The call center was not capable of transferring call to the front desk. -The call center told my pregnant wife that I had checked out of the hotel, when she called to re-activate her broken key. -The hotel lied about credits issued to our bill over the phone and from the front desk in response to the other issues experienced. Management was unsuccessful at responding to or remedying any of the above issues. I would not recommend this hotel until they work out the management and technological kinks that are keeping it from being a great hotel.

Cons: They nickel and dime everything.... $30 extra charge for spa room usage, facility fee of $25 for pool usage, $20 for using the mini fridge to chill your beverage/food. This does not sound like a true luxury hotel. Also there was a LONG line for check in.

Cons: The line to check in was 2 hours long. The car was damaged in the parking garage. WiFi was not secure. Pay $5:00 to use the coffee maker. Restaurants all cost more than they were worth. Management seemed indifferent to all customers. Never even heard anybody win on the slot machines. Our room needed a rug doctor. The only guests that smiled were shooting cocaine.

Cons: Booked online for Mandalay. The online site did not state that they would be putting us in the Delano portion of the hotel. The room was great except the air conditioning unit in the business portion of the room did not work well. The bedroom part of the suite was fine.

Cons: I reserved a king size bed online but was given 2 doubles. Staff told me that no king was available (at 6 pm on a Wednesday with school in session and no big name entertainment performing) The pool closes far too early. The A/C unit took hours to cool the room Staff recommended RM Seafood inside the hotel. The food was mediocre and the price was top shelf. The service was among the worst I've experienced at a similar priced restaurant.
