Cons: Rooms too small

Cons: Room was no more than average. Bathroom was very modern and nice. The room we were given was on one of the below ground floors, meaning we had no windows in the room or mobile phone reception. The main issue for me, the walls are VERY thin and everything from adjacent rooms is easily heard. The bed in our room also was very squeaky with any slight movement.

Cons: You might like this hotel prices and location but this is a trap. I stayed in this hotel twice and both times were bad and I documented it with pictures and video. My first stay the gave me a room in the basement with a view of walking pedestrians feet and the sound of cars tires and the entrance door was the place where they keep their garbage bags.... but that wasn't the real problem... the real problem was the entrance was full of mice! So I complained to the hotel about this and they moved me to another room. In my second stay, they gave me a room on the 2nd floor without an elevator and I had to carry my suitcases alone though the narrow staircase without any offer to help me with it. and it's important to mention that the is room in a building around the block about half a km (about 1000 feet) from the hotel lobby. While I was sleeping in the tiny bedroom exhausted from the two floors staircase I woke up from dripping water! the ceiling light was dripping water on me! I since the room doesn't have a phone to call the front desk I had to walk to the down the street to the front desk to tell them to check it out and water with electricity doesn't mix! so I had to wait for about 3 hours then they asked me to go back room to find nothing changed then I called them from my mobile phone so I don't have to walk to them again under the rain. after an hour a maintenance guy who smelled like he had a lot to drink looked at it then told me that they can't fix it. a few hours after several calls later they told me to gather my important stuff and check-in another hotel to spend that night in it. the next day they asked me to move to another room in a different building and again it's in the basement. After all that and on my checkout day I asked to extend my checkout for an hour and they said you have to pay £10 for an extra hour. I told them I had to move from 3 different rooms during my stay with you and you ask me for £10?! the rude hotel receptionist said "if you are not happy with this write a bad review about it, but this is the hotel policy" So this is the review you asked for.

Cons: but the double bed was two beds pushed together which resulted in a deep groove between the two beds. So it wasn't as comfortable as you'd expect

Cons: The room was small (despite being described as an "executive" room with more space), we had no telephone, and the "desk" could hardly function as a bedside table (which were completely absent). We never sampled the included breakfast because the line was so long (and/or the space so small) that we could not even see into the room to see what was offered.

Cons: The bathroom was very small

Cons: Slow wi-fi in the older section

Cons: Staff strictly charged me for five minute late checkout. Even though ten minutes delay getting back to the room not my fault. Tainted an otherwise perfect stay.

Cons: The service was actually horrendous and bordered rude on several occasions.

Cons: Expensive parking, waiting over 3 hours to check in - arrived at 12pm

Cons: far too small a room for a double, overlooking dirty unkempt roof, which offers little security. Cheap furnishings and faulty TV and Wifi. and $25 for a breakfast - appalling for a 4star..

Cons: Room was microscopic. Described as a "standard' but should be listed as a micro. For £100/night, even in London it's a joke.

Cons: Internet did not work at all. Supposedly this was not fixable. I was traveling for work and needed internet to get it done. So I had to go to a coffee shop to work. The gym was not usable since it was supposedly under construction. My bed and towels had hairs on them from the previous occupant. 2nd day towels were ok.

Cons: Rooms too small to stay longer than a night or two. We thought they had parking and turns out they don't have any parking provided, whether paid or otherwise

Cons: The air conditioner kept us up all night, tried turning it off and it didn't make a difference. Staff couldn't fix it, we luckily had ear plugs! If you get room 23 ask for a new room immediately.

Cons: Very little to dislike. The included breakfast was less than adequate.

Cons: Tiny room, hard to navigate hallway, smells musty, need some fixing.

Cons: Very narrow upstairs hallways; particle-board side of bathtub was water-damaged; carpeting in hallways didn't fit, frayed on edges; TV remote didn't work,needed new battery; first room we were given had bad sewage smell from bathroom and we were given new room. We wondered how well the place is maintained - cleaning staff keep sheets & bathroom clean, but the infra-structure is not so good.

Cons: The room, a single, was a veritable cubicle. Just enough room to pull the small suitcase past the bed. For my ipad, wifi seemed to be intermittent. That may not have been true of other people's devices.

Cons: Rooms were very very small (think closest sized) with hard mattress and very soft pillows
